Préparez-vous à embrasser la magie de la cuisine argentine dans un cadre chaleureux et convivial, où chaque agitation, hachage et mijotage s'ajoute à une soirée inoubliable remplie de connexions que vous ne trouverez dans aucun restaurant de Mendoza. Ici, vous apprendrez à cuisiner 7 recettes alimentaires centrées sur les saveurs de l’Argentine, le tout en sirotant du vin les mieux noté(e)s. Nous nous retrouverons à mon appartement, grignoterons des collations locales et siroterons des cocktails Vermuth, et nous nous mettrons à la cuisine! Le cours durera environ 3 heures et consistera à cuisiner, socialiser, manger, et honnêtement probablement quelques déversements et rires! Nous cuisinerons et mangerons 7 mets qui se composent de 2 entrées, 1 plat, 1 accompagnement, 1 dessert, et à volonté pour boire du vin dans une cave voisine où je travaille comme sommelier ( nous avons aussi des boissons sans alcool si besoin). Une fois les cours terminés, vous pouvez tous bifurquer vers le reste de votre incroyable soirée à Mendoza avec le ventre plein et peut-être de nouveaux amis pour explorer avec!

We had a great time cooking with David and Rosi! We enjoyed two favorite local cocktails and a wonderful Malbec while we made three different kinds of empanadas with multiple folding techniques. The beef empanadas were really flavorful, and we loved the empanada caprese “baskets“. The provoleto was a nice addition. The wine and herb marinated steak was really tender, and we put together an amazing chimichurri sauce.! All the dishes were a hit with my family! All of this we did with full active participation in a really warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful evening and we would definitely cook with them again! You won’t be disappointed.

It felt incredibly authentic, like being invited into a friend’s kitchen rather than a tourist attraction. We had the best time learning to cook and the food was delicious, and David spoke perfect English, which made learning the techniques much easier.
