I arranged a customized tour with All Seasons Adventures, in which they sent a driver to pick us up from a hotel in Kigali and drove us to Bwindi for an amazing experience with the mountain gorillas. Communication is clear both before and during the trip. Driver Khalid is also very nice, responsible, handled everything smoothly (pickup, driving, border crossing, gorilla trekking information). Will recommend the trip to whoever is interested in silverback gorilla trekking in Bwindi, Uganda.

This was a once in a life time experience and I'm glad I went on this tour with my professional guide Khalid. The trek took us about 2 hours and we were able to get close to the gorillas, we were given an hour to engage with them and also take some selfies and wow this was a unique experience compared to what I've been used to.
