This is absolutely the best ghost tour that I have ever been on in Savannah, Georgia, and I’ve been on a lot of ghost tours. The guides are outstanding, the history is remarkable and I guarantee you will be talking about this tour the following day. I highly recommend and I’ve already provided information for two different groups of people to go to this tour. It’s a must.
We went and had a blast because we got a lot of activity with a bunch of the ghosts Because there is a room called the mirror room which has at least two ghosts in it one is Billy and the other is Bob but bob had a lot of energy so we had a lot of action in the mirror room but Courtney and Micah were great guides they are very nice and very friendly and fun
I have always had a great experience at the Savannah theater, Courtney and Micah are absolutely amazing and professional. In the investigation they tell you the history and stories behind the Savannah theater. They talk and show you the different types of equipment to use and then give you free roam of the theater. Its an amazing experience with great guides! I highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed!
Great night. Large variety of equipment and tools. Enough equipment for all guests to use. Courtney and Micah are so passionate about whay they do and it shows in every single investigation. Learn the history, get to.know the equipment, and then the theater is yours to investigate. Cant recommend this enough!!
First and foremost, we enjoy talking and meeting with Micah! It was wonderful meeting Courtney. The paranormal investigation was perfect. I enjoyed being able to explore and understand the most honest historical recount of the theater. I truly respect the fact that Ghost Coats Paranormal ultimate goal is to provide an honest and personable paranormal experience in a relaxed atmosphere with new friends. I can’t wait to come back the end of the year. Truly wonderful five star experience for novice to professional ghost hunters. 😁
Awesome place...the guides are so cool... and one of them is writing a book...
This was such a fun experience. We were fortunate in that we had a very small group. This allowed for much less interference from others when hunting. It also allowed for much more time with the professionals. Micah and Courtney are a blast. They provide more equipment than I could have imagined, even bringing out some new things they just started using. What I loved was how they took the time to explain each piece of equipment, then equipped you, gave you a historical tour of the theatre and then let you go investigate on your own. They were readily available if you needed new batteries, wanted to try something different and to come in and get things going for you. They even spent an extra 45 minutes with us, as things really started to kick-off. Highlight of the night was the REM pod going off when we promised a dance party of it did. Needless to say, we all started dancing. I cannot wait to return to Savannah and meet up with Micah and Courtney again. Highly recommend.
Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and funny!! This by far is the best ghost investigation in Savannah. You are given great tools to do your hunt and are given so much time to do it! Highly recommend!!
This is an absolute must-do in Savannah for anyone interested in the paranormal or even just the rich history of the theater. Courtney and Micha do an incredible job, starting with the theater’s history and sharing the tragic events that contribute to its active energy today. You’re provided with all the tools you could want to investigate, whether on your own or with others. Courtney and Micha are always nearby to guide and support you, while still giving you the space to explore independently—which really adds to the experience. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this tour to anyone, no matter their level of interest in the paranormal or the history of the Savannah Theatre. Great job, y’all!
This was incredible!! 3 hours went by way too fast!! The knowledge of the two that led the hunt was beyond impressive! They provided us with all the tools and explained how to use them all. The activity in the theater was off the charts for us!! It was by far the best ghost tour out of all the ones we have done! We can’t wait to come back and do it again!
