You should download and register first as we will be in touch via WhatsApp . A personal guide was on hand to teach us very much about each site. They were all charming and had a great time touring. Also, the cruise ship was great for the food and the location!
The ship was nice and the crew very friendly. We liked the food a lot and the overall experience was good. But the ship is not 5 Star and was rather old. Also the communication with the organisors was a bit chaotic sometimes or the info given in the beginning was not quite correct. I guess in Egypt one just has to be flexible and easy, cause in the end everything worked out and we had good guided along the tours.
The boat provided 5* in the offer (Seti-Kira) has been replaced by a lower standing boat (Coral 2) without us even being informed. Upon arrival in this boat the owner of the latter was also not informed (only the driver who drove us knew about this). So we came like a dog in a bowling alley On the way back from our visit to Abu Simbel , 4 other people alighted on the Seti-Kira boat, when the driver told us: no it is not your boat and dropped us off on Coral 2. Nothing was planned for us, we were left to fend for ourselves, no information. This benefit does not correspond to what I paid 🤣.
We would like to clarify that the boat included in your booking is Coral 2, and this is the cruise that was reserved and paid for in your reservation. The Seti-Kira boat was not included in your booking. If you saw other guests going to the Seti-Kira, it is simply because their reservation was made for that specific boat. Each booking can be for a different cruise depending on the package selected. However, I apologize if there was any confusion or if the information was not clearly explained upon arrival. Very disappointing experience. The operator did not respond to any messages until 15 hours before departure, when they informed us the cruise was canceled unless we paid double the price. This was extremely unprofessional. The cruise was poorly organized, especially the tours, and we were unhappy with how we were treated. Our cabin was next to the engine and was very noisy throughout the trip. The photos advertised do not reflect the actual cruise, which was misleading. The guides were knowledgeable and great, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the food was good with a reasonable variety. However, due to the lack of communication, poor organization, and misleading advertising, I would not recommend this tour operator.

Regarding communication before departure, we were awaiting final confirmation from the cruise management due to availability constraints during a very busy period. As soon as the situation became clear, we informed you immediately. The alternative offered was related to a different cruise category and pricing structure, and it was presented as an option, not an obligation. Concerning the organization of the tours, all visits were carried out as scheduled with licensed, professional guides. Any delays or logistical challenges were operational issues related to coordination with local suppliers and did not reflect an intentional lack of care toward our guests. With regard to the cabin location, cabins are assigned by the cruise company based on availability at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, we do not have control over specific cabin placement. We also note that the photos shown on Viator are provided by the cruise operator and represent the general standard and category of the cruise. We sincerely regret that some aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us improve communication and coordination with our partners. The cruise experience was unique. The boat was very nice, it had beautiful and clean cabins. The food was varied and very delicious. Staff very kind and helpful. The agency that organized our activity was moderate. After visiting Abu Shibel, the driver did not know which ship to take us with effect to wait half an hour without being able to understand as they did not speak English. After another driver took us, we had to wait again because neither he could agree properly with the agency regarding where to leave us. The same happened at the end of the cruise, as the guides did not know where to pick us up and this was the company’s fault after giving them the wrong locations (we waited for 40 minutes). The guides who provided us in the temples were very good and explained everything to us. Especially our guide in Luxor, Mena, was excellent and had a lot of knowledge. He spoke very good English.
