An unforgettable experience in Machu Picchu
I joined the Machu Picchu tour and was truly impressed. From the very beginning, everything was well organized—punctual, attentive, and always ready to answer any questions. The guide was extremely professional, explaining every detail clearly and making the history of the site easy and interesting to understand.
The trip was comfortable, the views along the way were stunning, and arriving at Machu Picchu was simply breathtaking. The entire tour went smoothly, with no rush, and plenty of time for photos, rest, and enjoying the scenery.
I genuinely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Machu Picchu in a safe, well-organized, and unforgettable way. Absolutely worth it!
SCAM
No real scam. Do not contract services with this company. We had the misfortune that because of cuts in the train tracks we could not reach Machupichu and this company has stolen almost 700€ that has been saying for more than two months that it will return part of us and they do nothing but drag us and the proposal they give us is ridiculous. (360€). They want to charge us half the amount for an excursion to the sacred valley that with any operator costs €60 for two people and they want to charge us almost €350 for “other expenses” that they tell us are management but that they recognized us that they had not yet bought the machu pichu ticket and the train had returned it. To lie you have to have a good memory and these people don't.
We will take all possible legal measures to report them but as a council do not contract anything with them because at first they are very nice and answer everything but as there is a problem neither they answer you and try to take advantage of the people

Lamentamos lo ocurrido y entendemos su molestia. El día de su tour se produjo un paro en las vías del tren, un hecho totalmente externo a nuestra empresa que afectó a todos los operadores y obligó a suspender varios servicios.
Queremos aclarar que mantuvimos comunicación constante con ustedes durante toda la incidencia y ofrecimos alternativas para que pudieran visitar Machu Picchu.
También se les ofreció una devolución acorde a lo que los proveedores permiten reembolsar en situaciones de fuerza mayor. Entendemos que el monto no fue de su agrado, pero es importante considerar que hubo trabajo previo, coordinaciones y servicios ya gestionados cuyos costos no son recuperables.
Antes de llegar a un acuerdo final, el cliente decidió publicar varios comentarios negativos, aunque seguimos totalmente dispuestos al diálogo. Si el monto de devolución no se ajusta a sus expectativas, también ofrecemos la opción de reprogramar su viaje para una futura fecha, cuando desee volver.
