The tour was absolutely fantastic, and Ken, our guide, was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we got on the bus, he made everyone feel comfortable and included. It honestly felt like we were all one big family. I’ve taken many tours throughout my life, and I can honestly say this one was by far the best! Ken made the experience truly special with his knowledge, personality, and genuine care for everyone in the group and the park itself. It was a beautiful experience: we were able to see several things. It is a shame that in the end we could not travel with the window open because the sun was bothering one traveler.

This was a great experience for a full day exposure to so many Yellowstone sites. We saw most of the major and most beautiful sites in the Geyser area and Canyon areas. Our tour guide Phoebe was awesome-very informative, nice, helpful, and entertaining. We did have some initial possibly-Viator-related communication issues. We were told to meet our guide in one location within the park and the meeting spot ended up being in a different place altogether, and so we just barely arrived on time to find them. In this park, there is no WiFi or cellular and so we had no way of receiving the text messages from our guide who was trying to tell us where to meet her. Plus, the day beforehand, I had tried to message the touring place through the Viator app to confirm the details about this trip but never received any response at all. So this is the only reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. But Phoebe was great and the rest of the trip went smoothly.

This was an excellent way to spend our first day in Yellowstone. Especially for my husband so he could see and not drive. Our driver was excellent and very knowledgeable about the area.
