Rendez-vous au comptoir d'enregistrement au moins 30 minutes avant l'heure de départ à la Villa T7, marina de Tuan Chau, ville d'Halong. Obtenez des vues aériennes de la baie d'Halong lors d'un vol touristique de 25 minutes en hydravion et découvrez une perspective unique sur un paysage classé au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Découvrez quelques-unes des 1 600 îles et îlots disséminés dans le golfe du Tonkin, ainsi que des lagons, des plages et d'imposantes falaises. Gardez votre appareil photo à portée de main tout au long du voyage, car les photographies aériennes constituent le meilleur moyen de capturer l'ampleur de la baie d'Halong ainsi que le grand nombre d'îles et de formations rocheuses qui définissent la côte du golfe du Tonkin. Vous verrez l'île de Dau Be, dont les falaises abruptes sont une destination pour les grimpeurs et les aventuriers, puis survolerez l'île de Cong Do, où la côte sinueuse abrite des lagons cachés. Passez au-dessus de l’île de Bo Hon et essayez de repérer les grottes et les grottes qui recouvrent les formations rocheuses érodées par l’eau de l’île.

True nightmare!!!!!!! Impossible to get a meeting point form the tour operators! The tour operator only questions is to download the f$&@& WhatsApp application. I politely ask 13 times where and when was the meeting point through viator over the course of 2 days…. I did not get an answer before providing my personal e-mail. They provided me a meeting point and time that was not at all per our reservation. After getting in the car, in route for our flight they call the driver to tell us that our flight was cancelled!!! As we had another activity booked after (boat tour) with them, we could not reschedule the flight. They drop us in the middle of nowhere without providing us another meeting point for the boat trip. I tried to arrange it with the driver but the driver was proposing us the take us at a train station??? Never understood this one! We communicated with the tour operator to know where to go… we never got a reply. Without meeting point or any information I had to run around the port like an imbecile and ask each fu$&@& boat if they had our names on their list! We made it by ourselves… we thought we had missed it, we were trying to communicate with the tour operator again when we heard our names…somebody was searching us desperately in the port! We probably delayed the boat trip for every body. At the moment of writing this we are still waiting for the refund. Bottom line don’t book with this company!
Dear Hervé Turcotte, We are so dissapointed about your review Your are from Halong international cruise port. It is about 20 - 30 mins from the port to Tuan Chau marina. On the date you booked 2 separated bookings (1 for seaplane flight in Tuan Chau marina and 1 for the boat trip to Bai Tu Long bay in Halong international cruise port) instead of 1 package (seaplane and boat trip at the same port/marina) We have contacted you on the booking. We asked you to add WhatsApp so that we can support you quickly during the trip since on thru the booking, it takes you more time to load the messages. You said you were using a company phone and you were not allowed by your company to download app like WhatsApp on the company phone. And that phone number even did not work for phone call. You did not have personal phone number. So basically we cannot you directly. On the date the port was crowded. We offered a free transfer. While you were on the wait to Tuan Chau for the seaplane flight, our crew informed that the flight was delayed because of bad weather. We had to contact you thru the driver to inform that: we will not have enough time to do both bookings and you were going to miss 1 of 2 - the seaplane or the boat trip, due to the cloudy weather we were not sure if the flight was going to be cancelled, and if yes, the flight would be not really nice. You would choose one and we would refund the other. You chose the boat trip and our driver took you back to the port to check in the boat trip. Our boat receptionist was in touch with the driver since you had no direct contact. We did cancel and refund the seaplane flight for you as your request. This is an amazing experience, which is also offered by cruise ships at an inflated price. Our ship had this excursion sold out, but we went privately and arrived just before our ship's guests finished their flight. Unfortunately for them, it was cloudy, but it was bright sunshine when we flew. Ms. Luong was fantastic. She kept in touch with us and arranged a private transfer from the ship, and return, for free. Everything was very professional and the 25-minute flight was perfect. Everyone on the plane got great views and had ample opportunity to take photos. These are views that you just don't get at sea level, so it is far superior flying, than sailing. I highly recommend this trip when in Ha Long, it is great value for money,
