We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you’ve described. At Arabian Explore Tours & Travels LLC, we take every concern very seriously.
To clarify, in some special cases we do deliver hard-copy tickets, but only through our official team members and only after a verified booking exists in our system.
After thoroughly checking our records, we could not find any booking, payment, or communication under your name related to the dates and details you mentioned. This suggests that you may have been contacted by someone misusing our company name, which is unfortunately a common issue in the tourism industry.
To assist you properly and investigate the matter, kindly provide the following:
1. Your Viator booking reference number
2. Screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation
3. The phone number and email ID of the person who contacted you
4. The name of the exact listing you booked on Viator
5. Any payment receipts or confirmations received
With these details, we will immediately:
• Verify whether the contact was genuinely from our team
• Assist you in reporting the impersonation/scam to Viator
• Take appropriate action to prevent misuse of our company name
We want to help resolve this matter quickly, and your cooperation is important for us to investigate fully.
Thank you,
Arabian Explore Tours & Travels LLC

Not Enough Time for Two Parks
We chose Ferrari World and Warner Brothers. It was difficult to get through them both in one day.
We bought an all day ticket to SeaWorld which we would recommend since it took the entire day to see. It was amazing.

It was super fun and we got upgraded to the 3 parks for 1 day for free. The purchase was fast and secure and received the tickets same day of purchase. Great offers. Would definitely buy here again in the future and totally recommend it.
