2 - Journée Le Caire et Gizeh Nuit au départ du port d'Alexandrie
Description
Votre vaisseau accoste à Alexandrie, mais les pyramides sont au Caire, à environ 2,5 heures dans les terres. Cette excursion de nuit vous donne deux jours sans précipitation dans la capitale au lieu d'une course épuisante. Le premier jour vous emmène sur le plateau de Gizeh pour la grande pyramide de Khufu, le Sphinx et le temple de la vallée, puis au musée égyptien, avec une nuitée dans un hôtel du Caire. Jour deux se déplace à travers le Caire islamique : la citadelle de Saladin, la mosquée en albâtre de Muhammad Ali, et les ruelles de la vieille ville, avant le retour en voiture vers votre navire. Votre Guide privé et votre chauffeur façonnent les deux jours autour de votre temps de navigation. Deux jours, une nuit, et du temps réel sur chaque site plutôt qu'une course contre la montre. Idéal pour les clients de croisière qui veulent Caire correctement, pas serré en une seule journée à terre.

Itinéraire
Jour 1 route vers l'intérieur des terres jusqu'au plateau de Gizeh, où vous vous tenez au pied de la grande pyramide de Khufu et admirez les trois pyramides avec votre égyptologue.
A côté des pyramides, vous rencontrez le Grand Sphinx, le gardien au corps de lion taillé dans une seule crête calcaire, avec le temps au temple de la vallée.
Pour terminer le Jour 1, vous visiterez le Musée égyptien de la place Tahrir, avec ses salles aux trésors pharaoniques, avant une nuit au Caire.
Jour 2 montée à la Citadelle de Saladin, la forteresse médiévale qui couronne Le Caire avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville.
À l'intérieur de la Citadelle, vous entrez dans la mosquée en albâtre de Muhammad Ali, ses grands dômes et ses minarets jumeaux parmi les monuments les plus marquants du Caire, avant le retour à votre navire.

Best tour ever. Saw everything I wanted to see. The pyramids, Sphinx, the Egyptian museum, the citadel, Mohammed Ali mosque. Spent the night at the luxurious Barcela Cairo Pyramids hotel. Our guide aka Ahmet Eygpt Guide took us to the famous Koshari Abou Tarek restaurant for the best koshari in Egypt. All on all a great experience ca. Ot thank Ahmet and Egypt Day Tours enough. ( my wife insists Ahmet looks like John Belushi.)

Our guide and driver were both amazing! Driving downtown Cairo can be scary, lol. But our driver maneuvered it like a pro. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative along the way and at every stop. He even took us to a couple places not listed that he thought might interest us. So glad we did this private tour, I can't imagine having done Cairo with a large bus tour from the cruise ship.

We had such an amazing time exploring Egypt! The bus had excellent air conditioning. Our guide Eslam was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Best to go in October or during there winter, it was a high of 91 degrees which was very tolerable for the desert! Such an incredible experience and also a great photographer. Definitely book with him!

Incredible communication booking the tour from Alexandria cruise doc. Ahmed answered every question listened to what we wanted to do and see. He put together an incredible itinerary. It was a bucket list trip. Unfortunately, Celebrity Cruise Line cancelled the stop. Ahmed promptly initiated a refund. I am sure that we will book a tour with Egypt Day Tours in the future.
