Having traveled with Samex was our best choice and made our trip amazing. Mateo helped us with all the many doubts, months in advance, even without me closing the tours. On our first day in Cusco we had the pleasure of meeting Mateo in person. He was very attentive and careful with us, always asking if everything was okay, if we needed something and helping with doubts beyond the tours. We received the budgets from solo tours, which was very good, as many online agencies provide budgets in dollars, which makes the trip very heavy for Brazilians. Still from Brazil, we closed only the Machu Picchu tour with Samex, but arriving there, for all that I commented, we had no doubt and we closed all the tours with them!
