- Heure de rendez-vous : 30 minutes avant le début de votre safari. Veuillez être à l'heure, car aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas d'arrivée tardive ou de non-présentation.
- Le conducteur d’une motoneige doit être âgé d’au moins 18 ans et détenir un permis de conduire B valide. Les clients qui ont l'intention de conduire une motoneige doivent apporter leur permis de conduire lors de la visite. Conformément au code de la route finlandais, les copies, photographies ou licences numériques ne peuvent être acceptées. Si vous n'apportez pas votre permis de conduire, vous ne pourrez pas conduire et aucun remboursement ne peut être offert.
- Wild Nordic a une tolérance zéro à l’alcool et aux drogues pendant les activités.
- Les enfants de 4 à 14 ans payant le tarif enfant ont droit à une place dans la luge tirée par la motoneige du guide. Les enfants de plus de 140 cm peuvent monter comme passagers sur la motoneige, en payant le prix adulte. Les enfants de 7 ans et moins doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte dans le traîneau. Veuillez noter que nous déconseillons les safaris en motoneige aux enfants de moins de 4 ans pour leur confort et leur sécurité.
- Les randonnées en motoneige ne conviennent pas aux femmes enceintes en raison des vibrations résultant des traces inégales et de la présence de gaz d'échappement des motoneiges.
- Le conducteur de la motoneige est tenu responsable de tout dommage causé à la motoneige. Le montant de la responsabilité civile pour les dommages causés à la motoneige est forfaitaire de 900€. En souscrivant une décharge supplémentaire de responsabilité civile pour 20€/conducteur, vous pouvez réduire le forfait responsabilité civile à 200€/conducteur/accident.
- Wild Nordic se réserve le droit de modifier l'itinéraire et la durée de toutes les excursions en raison des conditions météorologiques et d'enneigement dominantes ou en tenant compte de la sécurité et du confort des participants. Wild Nordic se réserve le droit d'interrompre la visite si un participant est considéré comme un danger potentiel pour lui-même ou pour autrui ou s'il est en mauvaise santé. Les safaris prépayés ne seront pas remboursés dans de tels cas.

Very cool experience where we only drove with his 5 and a very nice trip. We were also able to keep the speed up, with the youth wanting to go even faster. Also a very nice guide which held enough stop/photo moments with nice hot berry juice during the break.
I recommend this safari! Very well organized, the explanations are very clear, the guides very friendly. The walk is very secure, the time of walk is as planned. The landscapes are beautiful. We have the right to a small snack break in the middle of the walk. A little more, I asked for a French guide, if possible, and we had a French guide (thanks to Marie, our guide for her kindness 😉). Do not hesitate to book this safari!!

We joined the 2-hour snowmobile tour with Wild Nordic Finland, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We were lucky to be only four guests with one guide, which made the tour feel very personal and relaxed. Before the ride, we were provided with full thermal clothing and protective gear (overall suit, gloves, boots, socks, neck warmer, and a helmet with visor). Everything was well organized and of great quality, so we felt warm and safe right from the start. After a short and clear safety and driving briefing, we set off into the breathtaking winter landscape. Riding through the beautiful snow-covered forests of Lapland and across frozen lakes was simply stunning. The scenery was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Merit, was incredibly friendly, professional, and warm-hearted. She made the whole experience even better with her positive and calm manner. After about an hour, we stopped at a scenic viewpoint, enjoyed hot berry juice and a cookie, and took in the spectacular surroundings. It was the perfect little break. There was also the opportunity to switch drivers after the break, and Merit mentioned that this could be arranged earlier, later, or even for shorter sections upon request, which was very flexible and accommodating. She also kindly offered to take photos of us during the tour. We had so much fun, saw a lot of beautiful landscapes, and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The pickup and drop-off at the tourist center worked smoothly and without any issues. We can highly recommend this tour – it was an unforgettable adventure, and our wonderful guide contributed greatly to making it so special!
