The operator didn’t contact us till the day before the trip and basically cancelled it even though we booked a couple of weeks in advance. Lack or organisation and information, very disappointing.
Waiting more than one hour at the meeting point, from 2:40 until 3:45 a.m. the transport vehicle ! Good guide but too many stories without contact with reality ! The points of interest aren't really of interest: 2 factories, one of pottery, one of jewellers, handmade by locals.
What a wonderful trip. I was very reluctant to buy the trip as the price was the most cheapest. But anyway me and my friends went for it and we had the best time and it was the best decision we took to book this tour. All the trip was well worth it and greatly planned. If you are looking to book a trip for Cappadocia then this is the best trip offer. The guide and driver was very nice also. Hotel and the dinner was fabulous. Overall highly satisfied with the services 👍👍👍

Fantastic tour, we had a few issues with the first bus breaking down and almost crashing on the way back but aside from that the tour guide was wonderful, the sites were amazing and the hotel in Cappadocia region was great, far better than expected. For us it was too long a drive to do again, we knew how long it would be but the replacement bus wasn’t ideal for the distance.
Cappadocia was beautiful, tour guides nice, but the company is not reliable, after twice confirming my pick up from my hotel 3:30 am , in the middle of the night I received a message on WhatsApp from a no name person informing me that pick up in front of Mc Donald’s, ok?!?? Which one , where exactly?? And not too safe for a solo female traveler to wait on the street at 3:30 am . They ignored all my messages and calls trying to contact them. Finally I got a message in Turkish language from a third number that was the driver who was supposed to pick me up somehow managed to get to Mc Donald’s and the tour was good afterwords. But the tour description clearly states that hotel accommodation is included, somehow they forget to state that if you are a solo traveller you have to pay an extra $15. Hmmm. I recommend the tour but I do not recommend this company!
Hello Because of the fact that you live in Old City in Antalya, it can not be possible to get to any hotel there. That's why we kindly requested you to go to McDonalds. It takes only a few minutes. We hope that you didn't tired :) We don't guarantee any single room in our description. It seems that you would like to pay less and get all Cappadocia! It is not fair to complain about these things if you can not say anything about our organisation.
the Cappadocia tour was a true spectacle.. from the great stone formation to the other sites we visited, it was beautiful however, panorama parachute event was cancelled due to weather but overall it was a great tour. just a tip though, bring cash as card payment might not be available to some establishments and the tour operator itself.
