A wonderful mountain adventure. We made the ascent in mid-May, but the weather conditions did not allow us to reach the top; I believe that day no group succeeded. We didn't mind. Sharing a few days with Hamid, a professional and close guide was the best thing about the trip. She helped my friend on the descent because a lot of ice formed and the descent got complicated. It gave us a lot of peace of mind. The snowy landscape was spectacular. I'm sure we'll be back next year with more friends and we hope Hamid will be our guide again. Let's see if the second one we get!!!

Mixed experience for the ascent of Toubkal (6–8 May 2025) - Unilateral modification by the guide Hamid Jellah of the date of the Trek There were 5, registered via Toubkal Travels Guide with Hamid Jellah. Reservation confirmed as early as March validated by bank transfer, but a month later, change of date announced due to a problem of refuge... then cancelled within the same day after "arrangement". - No contact with the guide Hamid Jellah during our entire trek. D-Day, new change: Hamid is not present, another guide is assigned to us without explanation. - Change of refuge We had agreed from the moment of booking several months before the trek, to go to the refuge of the Club Alpin Français, having better reviews, which still had several places available at the time of booking. Arriving there again, change unforeseen, we stay at the refuge of the Mouflons, much less qualitative. - Poor support During the ascent, the guide did not hold the group together, forcing several calls to order, especially in the dangerous and slippery passages, where some members of the group no longer saw the guide moving very quickly, did not know which path to take. The confidence was gone, which made the descent tense. - Dangerous driving of the shuttle to Marrakech Return by shuttle: driver in a hurry, dangerous driving on winding mountain roads with no respect for the rules of the road, excessive speed, double in turns without visibility... In short: beautiful landscapes but wobbly organization. A reliable and involved guide is essential for this type of excursion. That was not the case here.

We spent two gorgeous days with our guide to the TOUBKAL. Very professionnal, kind and attentive. We recommand a lot this guide to climb the Jebel Toubkal.

Hamid was very professional - a perfect guide. The experience of climbing the Toubkal with night at the refuge is fantastic, super recommended!

Wow! I have no words to say other than this was an an unforgetable experience,with the accopainent of Mr Hamid who made the hard paths of Toubkal seem easy,fun,and entertaining. I will for sure see you again in another trip to other cities around Morocco.

We climbed the summit of Toubkal with Hamid on September 30, 2024. He is a fantastic guide. He made it possible for us to reach the summit. It was a great experience with Hamid and he prepared us for further adventures. A thousand thanks to Hamid!!
