This itinerary offers an excellent, well-rounded East African safari experience at an affordable cost. It combines Kenya’s iconic Masai Mara National Reserve with Tanzania’s vast Serengeti National Park, giving strong chances to see the Big Five and, seasonally, the Great Migration. Scenic highlights like Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli National Park add visual appeal. Budget accommodations (camps/lodges) help keep costs low, though travel days can be long and sometimes tiring. Overall, it’s a great value itinerary—rich in wildlife, diverse landscapes, and cross-border adventure.
Thak you for your great remarks .
This is by far the very best tour in all of Africa. From the booming to the shcedual to the guides everything was perfect. The thing that stood out the most was the communication. From the beginning I was met with Alex who went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions before I even met up with the group. From there I had Alex’s constant support the entire trip anytime I had a question or a worry he was on it!! I can’t thank you enough Alex, as a 23 year old woman traveling alone knowing you were just a message away calmed me so much. Then my guides- Geoffrey was incredible. All my guides were amazing but Geoffrey and Mike were just the absolute best. They made the trip, not just knowledge about the animals but also about the country. Extremely personable, organized and very very knowledgeable. Nature gives what it gives so I can’t credit the company but I saw almost everything in just my first two hours of the Masai Mara. Then every single day I just saw so many animals!! And I went in February and I saw baby animals everywhere. Every step of the way I felt safe and supported and I will absolutely go back. And seriously if you’re a women solo traveling I would really recommend them just because of the great communication!!
Thank you, Capri, for your sincere and wonderful review! We truly appreciate your kind words. We look forward to welcoming you and your friends again
Hey, what a fantastic and fabulous moment in africa from the kenyan cultural dishes to even restaurants they were well organised and very clean providing 100% services as required, i love it, I would encourage any one to consider africa as the place to spend their vacation and holidays
Thank you Prof. for trusting us.We look forward to serve you again. Thank you
While the migration was the highlight, we also saw cheetahs, elephants, and a pride of lions! Sammy made sure we weren’t just following the herds but also appreciating the full ecosystem. Meals were warm and abundant, transport excellent, and accommodations charming. Incredible safari experience at a very fair price.
Though many go for the big game, I was there for birds—and Exciting Africa Holidays delivered. Sammy pointed out over 60 species! The transport had field guides and binoculars, the meals kept us going all day, and accommodations were near wetlands. If you're a birder, you’ll love this.
Watching the wildebeests hesitate, then suddenly run into the river—it gave me chills. Zack was calm in the chaos, parking where we had the best vantage. The meals, especially the packed lunches, were practical and tasty. Transport didn’t miss a beat, and accommodations offered restful nights. Priceless experience.
I went on a solo trip during the wildebeest migration, and Meta ensured I got the shots of a lifetime. The lighting, the angles, the action—it was perfect. The transport van had open roof access, meals were tasty, and accommodations had charging points for all my gear. Highly recommend.
Rhino Spotting & Scenic Drives If you’re into the less hyped but majestic rhino sightings, this tour is for you. Sammy spotted a mother and calf in the wild, which was my trip’s highlight. Meals were hearty, accommodations clean and beautiful, and transport never let us down. Quiet, respectful safari—worth every cent.
Going during the migration season was the best decision. Sammy made sure we caught two separate river crossings, one in the morning and one at sunset. Accommodations were clean and secure, transport had pop-up roofs, and meals were served with a smile. Amazing value for money for this rare event.
The wildebeest migration is a chaotic and beautiful marvel. Meta knew exactly where to take us, and we watched over 3,000 animals cross in one afternoon. Accommodations had mosquito nets and great showers, transport was rugged yet comfy, and meals were always on time. The value for money? Exceptional.
