Dès que votre bateau de croisière arrivera au port de Costa Maya, votre chauffeur vous attendra juste à l'extérieur du port pour vous emmener à notre emplacement idéal sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde. Nous proposons un bar ouvert complet, une variété d’options pour le déjeuner, des chaises de plage, des palapas et des parasols. L'Open Bar propose une grande variété de boissons et, bien sûr, de Tequila, de bière mexicaine et plus encore! Nous proposons également une variété d’options pour le déjeuner, du ceviche aux tacos, en passant par notre sélection de plateaux de fruits de mer. Des options végétariennes sont également disponibles! Notre emplacement est parfait pour nager et profiter de la mer des Caraïbes. Kayaks, équipement de plongée sont également inclus! Well. This was an unfortunate disaster. We were met at the port asking us if we wanted to stay on the excursion or get a refund & go in a private excursion due to sargassum. We opted to stay because we don’t trust private excursions when needing to get to the port in time. Asked to sign a waiver for the ‘open bar’—but it was not for the open bar, it was a liability waiver excusing them from any injury. We signed but why lie about it? Got to beach. Sargassum wasn’t their fault so it was what it was. The open bar was a joke. Most watered down drinks we’ve ever had. Then the sellers. At least one every minute or two. It was all 4 hours! Relentless. Then we headed back. Had to take taxi instead of the nice bus. (Cost was included) My husband was in a sling & the driver made us crawl to the back over the folded seats. Then we waited. Another couple came up 5 min later. We waited. (Car not running & it was hot!). Another 2 showed up. Completely intoxicated. They got in. Drink guys were loud & obnoxious. Taxi driver ended up dropping us off 1 1/2 blocks from port gate. Literally swerved to curb & told us all to get out. We walked the rest of the way. Beach time was nice but I would not recommend this at all.
Great experience! Transport was ready when we were ready to return. To get out it was a walk to get out of the gated place, but worth it. Fast service. GREAT food and beverages provided. The beach was very clean, our beach chairs with Large umbrella tree was ready with my name on it. The only thing I wish was different was beyond their control. The swim water was not very deep at all. You could stand up at the back fence - maybe waist deep. Some parts you had to maneuver around due to being very shallow water in order to swim/snorkel. But overall, Great service, great food, clean beach!
Relaxation. Perfect day where they cater to your needs. Amazing drinks and food. Walked up and down the beach.

It was really hard to find the place we needed to go, ended up asking around until a lady knew what the beach area was called and told us to get a taxi there but transportation was supposed to be included. paid $20 for transportation round trip plus tips. The beach break was amazing food and drinks 10/10 but the beach water was very dark and full of seaweed. Host was extremely nice and friendly

I paid $80 per person for the Beach Break excursion in Costa Maya, and it was a complete rip-off. They only let you swim in a tiny, crowded section of the beach, and the so-called “open bar” was next to a dirty pool that no one wanted to get in. The food was terrible and twice the price of what we paid at other excursions in Mexico. I’ve been to many excursions before, so I know what good local food should taste like — this wasn’t it. Save your money and stay far away from this place. You’ll get a much better experience elsewhere.

We do not have a pool, nor do we advertise one, and our Beach Break takes place directly on Mahahual’s boardwalk, where guests enjoy the beach and local flavors in a relaxed seaside setting. This was a great beach break. The beach was good. They have covered lounges and set aside for our group. We had a group of 21 and all of us really enjoyed it. Food was great!

This is such a pretty place. The weather was only good for a couple of hours, but everyone there was so nice and helpful. We got massages on the beach, went kayaking and ate some great food.

It was very confusing to find the right cab! The port is loaded with taxi’s but finding the prepaid cab was difficult. Nobody seemed to know where the “beach club” meeting point was and there was no sign with our names, as promised. The beach area was quite small and much of it was seaweed beds. The chairs had seen better days. The food was delicious! Drinks were readily offered upon arrival but beachside service decreased the longer we were there. All that being said, we enjoyed the views and the stunning colors of the sea. Too expensive for the experience though.

You were also in contact with your driver before and on the day of the tour, but we understand it can still feel overwhelming with so many taxis around. Regarding the seaweed, this is a natural occurrence during certain times of the year due to rising sea temperatures. Our team works hard each morning and after each tour to clean the beach as much as possible. We're also currently updating our beach furniture to improve the experience for future guests. Run and don’t look back. Save your money and health. Absolutely terrible!! Probably, no, definitely the worst beach break tour in the Caribbean. Mahahual beach is an insult to the notion of hospitality.

Excellent food and strong drinks. The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and efficient. The beach was clean but not much to see in the water which was very shallow.
