Il y a beaucoup de belles cascades dans ce monde, certaines cascades ont la spécialité d'impressionner le visiteur. Pour ceux qui aiment un peu d'aventure et faire quelque chose hors de leur zone de confort, il y a une cascade incroyable qui vaut la peine d'être visitée. Il est situé à 60 km du centre-ville de Malang et à environ 3 heures de route pour s'y rendre. 07h00 Prise en charge à l'hôtel et préparation du départ, possibilité de visiter rapidement le village coloré de Jodipan si vous le souhaitez (facultatif) 08h00 Conduisez pendant 2 heures pour atteindre la zone de la cascade En raison de la grande inondation du 7 juillet, nous utiliserons une navette moto supplémentaire pour transférer les invités à mi-chemin de la zone de tumpaksewu à l'entrée de la cascade. 10h00 Arrivée au parking et visite du point de vue panoramique 10.00 Trekking dans la base de la cascade avec un guide local (parlant anglais de base) à travers la cascade de la grotte jusqu'à la cascade de tumpaksewu. 13.00 Retour au parking et nettoyage 13h30 Préparez-vous à retourner à Malang et arrêtez-vous pour la pause déjeuner (facultatif) 17.00 Heure approximative d'arrivée à Malang

En raison de la catastrophe naturelle de la 7ème inondation, pour le moment, l'accès au pont tumpaksewu depuis la ville de Malang n'est pas encore entièrement construit. Depuis Malang, l'option est de prendre ce forfait de transport privé, puis depuis la frontière, tous les visiteurs doivent prendre une navette moto supplémentaire (incluse dans le prix ci-dessus). La voiture attendra dans la base de la navette moto pendant que le visiteur se rendra à tumpaksewu avec un chauffeur de moto et avec le garde forestier local préparé. Ensuite, une fois arrivé à l'entrée de tumpaksewu, le visiteur ira à tumpaksewu par l'entrée de la cascade de la grotte, descendra jusqu'à la base de tumpaksewu, puis fera un détour par l'entrée de la cascade de la grotte.

Visited Tumpaksewu Waterfall with two friends. Super nice people met and let us be enchanted by nature. Definitely a highlight
It was amazing experience in beautiful nature place, well organized! The local guide additionaly made awasome pictures for me.

The most stunning experience EVER. We have never seen anything like this. You need to see this when you're there. If you have water shoes, you should bring them, but you can also rent some at the starting point. We recommend to do that because you walk through actual water and everything else will be soaked in the end. We liked the second part of the tour especially, where you go up to a cave, so make sure to have that included in your tour :)
Amazing view and really nice tour guide! I went to the tour with others in my hostel, and we spend a really nice time there. The waterfall was amazing with the view, and since it is low season, we got some time for posing in our pic. The tour guide speaks amazing English so no worries for the language, and also he DID Know how to make a good pic! After the waterfall, we decided to go to a cave nearby, where you do need to trek a very little bit. It was worthy and you will get back from another part of the park, less people and more fun. We even saw the monkeys. TIPS: You can rent a trekking shoes in water there, so only wearing flip flops are fine. BRING YOUR DRY CLOTHES, you can also pay 5K for a cold shower or 10K for hot shower at the parking.
Exceptional hike! The waterfall is impressive, both seen from above and then from below. Once down you have feet of the waterfall the view is wonderful and the route to get to the caves exciting. Through my hostal (MADOR Malang Dorm Hostel) I booked the excursion, which is basically nothing more than the transfer from the inn to the entrance of the waterfall is return. The route is so simple that you do it yourself, so you can enjoy the view at your own pace. I was satisfied because anyway the price is equal to or less than a grab, punctual, the nice driver interacted with us without too much intrusiveness. We had a small inconvenience (the main road was closed for a party) so we ended up in side streets, very local and surrounded by nature! It made us delay an hour all but it was a wonderful experience... it was like having a second tur for the price of one! Highly recommended!

The night before, we were let down by another company, Malang Tours, luckily MADOR were able to book us in with such late notice and they were very friendly and the tour the next morning was well organised. Our driver, Nino, was very friendly, picked and dropped us off at our hotel and was a helpful guide for the waterfalls! Highly recommend booking with MADOR for all your Java tours.
The landscapes are amazing! These are the most beautiful waterfalls I've seen. Our guide Fais was great, a real sun, I highly recommend 👍👍
