Itinerario
Después de recoger a todos nuestros clientes, nos alistamos para un día lleno de emociones y nuevas aventuras. Nos ponemos de camino dirección Lungern, haciendo antes una breve parada de 15 minutos en Owi Land una estación de servicio con unas impresionantes vistas. Aquí podréis ir al baño o comprar algo de desayuno si lo necesitáis.
Este tour comienza en el Lago Lungern, famoso por sus aguas turquesas y cristalinas, rodeado de frondosos bosques y majestuosas montañas.
Nos dirigiremos a una pequeña caminata para llegar a las cataratas de Giessbach. Desde donde podremos admirar las preciosas vistas al lago y un hermoso hotel.
Llegamos a Grindelwald, un encantador pueblo alpino situado en la región de Jungfrau. Un destino es conocido por su impresionante paisaje montañoso y su proximidad a la famosa cara norte del Eiger. Podremos subir en uno de sus teleféricos más populares (entrada al teleférico no incluida), o tomar un tiempo libre para hacer compras, disfrutar de su entorno o tomar algo. Además, en Grindelwald podréis comer ya que contaréis con mucha oferta gastronómica.
Llegamos al famoso pueblo de Lauterbrunnen, conocido por su espectacular paisaje alpino, el valle cuenta con 72 impresionantes cascadas, acantilados escarpados y exuberantes praderas. Allí podréis dar un pequeño paseo y disfrutar de la belleza del lugar. *El tiempo de parada en Lauterbrunnen dependerá de la época del año en que se visite.
Después de un día emocionante, nos ponemos en camino a Zúrich, y los devolvemos en su alojamiento.

I had a wonderful trip throughout the day. The guy took us to all the places that was listed on the itinerary except one place I really wanted to see which is shown this itinerary and is used advertising this trip. That was very disappointing. And now I’m thinking if I should go onto the next tour with Viator, chamonix Mount blacc
Fabuloua day! The very best tour I have had so far on this trip. We did so much in one day. Breathtaking scenery and Carlos was an amazing guide. He went out of his way to do everything that people wanted. I loved it all and loved the special places.- the most beautiful street in Brienz, the hotel across the lake - just so many special places.

We loved this experience! Carlos was the best! The small group tour was great size. We enjoyed every minute.. the beautiful vistas.. even on a rainy day are SPECTACULAR! The hike to the waterfall and walking behind it was incredible..even for this 62 year old. The waterfalls are unbelievable. There is also ample free time in Grindelwald for lunch! Can't say enough nice things about this tour. Carlos knows the spots and is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable tour guides we've ever had. Thank you for such a memorable experience! We had only a weekend and wanted to make the most of our time. We were also sleep deprived so the luxury of a semi-private tour was well worth the extra cost. No stress, very comfortable, plenty of time to relax and take photos. Our tour guide was patient informative and flexible. This was a trip of a lifetime! Beauty everywhere you looked.

The views were astonishing! And up in the mountains, it was not too hot at all (compared to Zurich). However, 6/9hrs are spent in the car. You get very little time to walk around the towns. We’ve been on many tours, to know that the tour guide usually makes it or breaks it. And sad to say, ours broke it. He was constantly arguing with us about the itinerary on Viator. It said 10hrs, he says 9. It says we get to go up the cable car, he says no. He was just plain rude at some times. When we asked him to turn on the AC before we got in the car (due to the 99F heat), he said “you should feel lucky because most of these tours it is raining”. Repeatedly told us to “relax”, “calm down”, and my favorite- “take it easy”. To say this to a customer, but especially on such an expensive tour like this, was completely shocking. He felt the need to explain every disagreement, multiple times. With the reviews being so good, we were hopeful for an amazing time. We are quite disappointed with this experience for the money it cost us.

Sebastian clearly wanted to make sure we had the best experience! Offering to take our photo and making sure we had water or bathroom breaks. It really was a 10 hour trip, but completely worth it to be able to see so many indescribable natural treasures in Switzerland in one day. We are so glad we did not take a big bus tour to do this. The big buses cannot make it to the tight areas, parking lots, or narrow roads that our guide could take us to. Do bring good walking shoes since one stop has a short forest climb to see a stunning waterfall. If you have time in Grindelwald, take the cable car option to the mountaintop and have lunch at the restaurant while looking at the Alps. This excursion was our mountain top experience of being in Switzerland & we will be talking about it for years! Well done, Sebastian!

On this tour, many beautiful places of the Swiss Alps were seen in one day, which was liked. The views of Interlaken, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen were truly spectacular. The trip was comfortable in a small group and the guide handled everything well. However, I felt that in some places the time was a little less, especially in Lungern, I wanted to spend more time. So there was a bit of a rush. Still, it is a good option for those who want to see the beautiful places of Switzerland in a short time.

This excursion was fantastic! Our guide, Anwan, was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable with Swiss culture and the areas. He knew the ideal spots for photos. He made the trip interesting and was concerned with our safety. Last, the views were beyond description. This trip was alright, the scenery was fabulous, but, overall, the excursion was disappointed. It was the quietest 8 hrs of scenic driving that we had ever experienced. The Tour Guide, who also doubled as the driver, was a great driver but not a good tour guide, as he spoke very little of the sites we were passing or visiting. Usually a good narration of the area and sites is provided, such as history and other relevant facts of the sites and areas, but in this case he was mostly silent. He also didn't have a clear focus on the age and capabilities of the clients he was leading on a waterfall hike, as my wife was really struggling to complete that hike. It wasn't apparent to us that a strenuous hike was even on the agenda. I guess we missed that part of the description. So, I wouldn't recommend this trip. It was a failed learning experience. A Guide is a teacher, and should tell their students what they are about to learn, teach them, and then summarize what they were just taught.
