The tour guide jenny took us to visit all the local attractions and went out of her way to make sure we had fun and visit all the must see locations. She booked theatre tickets, massages and even made her best to keep us as happy as possible. Im really greatful and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Zhangjiajie. Thank you jenny!

Kelly helped us organizing our 4 day private tour. Everything went smooth from the day 1. We were picked up from the airport and transferred to the hotel. Next day when we visited Tianmen mountain we could enter with our passport without any problem since our tickets were pre-arranged. In the evening our driver arrived on time to take us to 72 Wonder towers. Next day a driver took us to the South gate and while we did the hike, our luggages were delivered to our next hotel. In the evening the tickets for the evening show was waiting for us at the reception. On the 3rd day our guide, Sam did a great job showing us around in the national park. We were lucky to have him as we could see the highlights of the park in a timely manner. 4th day we visited the canyon and Baofeng lake with a driver. He was on time picking us up and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Kelly’s service to everyone who would like to enjoy visiting Zhangjiajie in a relaxing way.

If you're visiting Zhangjiajie, request Tristan. Full stop. His local knowledge is on another level entirely. He didn't just show us the sights — he knew exactly *when* to visit each one to avoid the crowds and catch the best light, making every moment feel effortless and perfectly timed. On top of that, he took us to hidden spots we never would have found on our own, the kind that don't make it onto any tourist map. His communication throughout was flawless — clear, warm, and always one step ahead of what we needed to know. We never felt lost or uncertain about anything. Because of Tristan, what could have been a good trip became an absolutely fabulous experience. He genuinely loves this region and it shows in every single thing he does. If you want to see Zhangjiajie the *right* way, Tristan is your person. We can't recommend him highly enough.

Our group of 2 couples just spent a full week on a private tour with Chris. We did pretty much every tour activity offered by Zhangjiajie Travel Service, and we had a fantastic time! If you're looking for stunning scenery and a great tour company, look no further. They transferred us from Yichang to Wulingyuan, spent 3 days in Zhangjiajie Park including the glass bridge, the grand canyon, boating on Baofeng Lake, Tianzi Mountain, Yuanjiajie Avatar Mountain, Golden Whip Stream, Tianmen Mountain/Stairway to Heaven, Furong Town, Red Rock Forest Park, Dehang Miao village (waterfall canyon), Fenghuang, and Fanjing Shan, with a transfer to the Tongrennan train station at the conclusion of our tour. Our driver was first rate, and the 7b passenger van was very comfortable. Chris was very good at adjusting our itinerary to work around rainy weather and avoid the largest crowds. He is very attentive and knows a LOT about the sites we visited. He had many stories, photos and even videos that provided interesting color and backstory to those places. Chris knows where to get the best photos--often in counterintuitive locations--but generally away from the press of so many tourists. We literally took over 3,000 photos in a week! So much to see! Chris was attentive to our desires and was flexible when we wanted to change up from the plan. He and our driver even helped us do a spontaneous indoor ski trip to the Qioabo Ice and Snow World in Shaoxing during our transfer from Yichang when we saw it from the road. And... the scenery in these locations is just jaw dropping! We come from Utah in the USA, an area known for stunning rock formations, many of which are in 5 national parks. We spend many weeks each year recreating in our mountains, and the views we saw on this trip surpassed anything we had imagined. The mountains are rugged and so green, the canyons are deep, and the rock formations are unique and stunning. The lakes are tranquil, and the waterfalls are gorgeous. Every time we thought we had seen the best thing on our tour, we were amazed to find something else even better. We all hope to spend more time in these beautiful places. Chris and his team are a great choice! Let them show you the natural and cultural wonders of this unique area of China!

I honestly had a really really great time! Chris was recommended to me by a colleague who booked him when she was here, and he was incredibly helpful with booking the attractions, transportation around the area, and even the hotels! He connected me with Kevin, my tour guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’m someone who has A LOT of questions and he made me feel comfortable asking almost anything. Chris was a great guide. Despite the weather we had an amazing day and were able to see most of the views we had to see. He gave us very good explanations and history talks.

From the start Chris made it so easy to plan our trip from Yichang to Zhangjiajie to Furong to Fenghuang. He was always prompt with his replies. Chris together with our guide, Reven, adjusted our 3-day schedule in ZJJ according to the weather so that we got to see the Avatar mountains and Tianmen (Heaven’s gate) on clear weather days! We appreciated this very much as other travellers we met couldn’t see anything because of the rain and heavy mist! Our thanks also to our cheerful and helpful guide, Reven and our equally cheerful driver, Luo! Although Chris couldn’t be our guide because of our timing, he still kept in touch and checking in on how our trip was going throughout the 5 days. Thank you Chris! Sunny was our tour guide for the day. Waiting for us early, showing her efficiency. Very welcoming immediately, giving us local fruits to try. She had lots of knowledge about many things along the tour and also helped us with person questions in regards to Zhangjiajie. Her English is awesome also and very funny sense of humour! Definitely recommend requesting Sunny for this awesome tour.

We have literally had what could be described as a “magical” experience in Zhangjiajie! Our 3-day tour was absolutely spectacular! Chris has arranged the perfect tour, and we got to experience all that Zhangjiajie has to offer. Our tour guide, Sunny, was truly amazing! She was the perfect host for us, and was so much fun! She added a great amount of history to our journey, and we learned so much that we would have never come close to knowing had we attempted to do this on our own. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a fantastic experience in Zhangjiajie! It is easily one of the best places we have ever visited in the world!
