He miscommunicatedwith the driver and I, got upset and instead of putting his ego to the side, he began screaming at me. We began arguing on the beach and because I didn’t allow him to speak to me however he pleased, he told me to cancel my photo shoot. I told him to do it from his end, he pretended that he canceled it for hours and even sent me a fake acreenshot of a cancellation. I literally had to keep following him and telling him to refund me just to finally get my money back. Thankfully the driver assisted me and found someone else to take my photos for the same price and they came out beautiful. I would not recommend booking with this guy, he is very rude and unprofessional!
I'm sorry that your experience ended this way. However, I would like to clarify a few important facts for anyone reading this review. Before your arrival, you contacted me privately to arrange transportation, and we agreed on the pickup time, route, and price for a round-trip transfer. I also offered you a discounted rate based on that complete round-trip itinerary. When you arrived, you asked to change the agreement and use that discounted round-trip price for only one leg of the journey. Unfortunately, this was not the service that had been agreed upon or arranged with the taxi driver. As with any business, we must honor the terms agreed with both our guests and our service providers, and we cannot change confirmed arrangements after they have already been put into motion. When it became clear that we could not reach an agreement, I chose to cancel the service rather than continue a disagreement. A full refund was processed immediately from my side. Any delay in the funds reaching your account was due to the payment platform's processing time, which is outside of my control. The cancellation screenshot I sent was the confirmation generated by the booking platform. It was not fabricated. I have screenshots of our entire conversation documenting the original agreement, the discounted round-trip price that was offered, and confirmation that the refund was processed. These records support the sequence of events described above. Our business is built on clear communication and mutual respect. We are always happy to accommodate changes whenever possible, but we cannot accept last-minute changes to previously agreed services while expecting the original discounted pricing to remain unchanged. I invite future guests to read our positive reviews, which reflect the level of professionalism and care we consistently provide. We remain committed to delivering exceptional experiences to every traveler.

This was an awesome event. Ama was very helpful and a true professional. We were very pleased with the Clear Kayak Photos. Photos were provided the same day. Edited photos and videos followed two days later. Would highly recommend this business.
