Great half day boat trip. Snorkeling, visit to nice village. Speed boat was fast enough that myteenage boys were impressed.
Fantastic tour with a good mixture of fun and relaxation. Special thanks to our friendly skipper Luka who made us feel really relaxed and safe during the faster cruiising speeds. Highly recommend!
Great afternoon! The skipper was great and attentive to making us have a good time. I recommend without worry!
Cordialement, Zadar Archipelago Team
Great trip with limited time, three nice activities. The shallow lagoon was gorgeous. The snorkelling around the ship wreck was fun. Mario was the captain, he was smooth across the seas.
Dear miketP, Thank you for the kind words and your review, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Molat & Ugljan Boat tour. We will gladly host you again anytime:) Best regards from Zadar Captain Mario
Very basic overall. After looking at the reviews and pictures available it looked really promising. However when myself and six friends arrived we started to become concerned from the beginning. For starters we paid the price advertised on the website but then the day before we got a text to say there was a further €30 each surcharge. So basically the price doubled overnight, so be aware. The "Boat" and I say "Boat" but it was basically a water taxi. Managed to squeeze 12 of us on to this one little boat. Hardly any space for items, no toliet (as advertised) and no shade of any kind from the sun. After a 45 mins journey we arrived at our first beach to snorkel. Oddly we weren't given snorkels, just a mask. Who snorkels without a snorkel! Very little to see at the first spot, I think between us we saw one small crab and three fish. We then pushed on to the next stop, a sunken ship off the coast of an island. Which we all got excited about but we were so cold from the first stop no one wanted to go in. Would have been better to start at the ship in hindsight. But there was very little communication from the skipper. Didn't explain the schedule for the day or the options available. Next stop, an old warship/submarine hanger. That was pretty cool to be fair. Also had a couple of doughnuts in the boat which was fun. Then we went to the final "Snorkel" stop. Some of our group asked the skipper if we were stopping, to which he replied "yes". So my friends jumped out the boat for a swim, but then the skipper and the rest of us continued to float towards the coast. This left our two friends basically stranded, the skipper only went back to get them after another guest prompted him. The spot was nicer then the first one however still not much to see. Some people were going to swim to the beach (rocky/not sandy) until someone noticed sea urchins everywhere. Could have been very nasty for someone. We then sat with some refreshments (provided) and sat in the sun for nearly 40 minutes. It was a little uncomfortable for a few of us. Last stop, we stopped at a small town on one of the islands. The town seemed really nice but we got all of 30 minutes to look around before we had to leave! Everyone agreed an hour would have been nicer. Instead of floating around for 40 minutes doing nothing apart from getting burnt in the sun. Once again poor communication. By this point we all had had enough. All the guests looked uncomfortable, tired and wet from being stuck on this water taxi for basically 4 hours. We were happy to land back a Zadar. We laughed about it alot on the way home and to some extent we did have a lot to talk about but for all the wrong reasons.
We organized with this charter a private one afternoon tour to Sakarun beach. Our skipper Nino greeted us with a smile, he was a perfect captain, polite and non-invasive, he always wore the mask as had been expressly requested by us and complied with our every request. He pampered us with snacks and plenty of water. Our opinion is positive! There were 4 of us and we spent 115 euros per person. The price, honestly, I found it exaggerated!
Care, Grazie per queste parole gentili. Siamo contenti che Vi sia piacuto il tour privato e il Vostro skipper. Vanesa Trcol
What a terrific trip! My friends and I were staying in Zadar for two days and decided to take this tour. Everything was 5-star quality. Refreshments on board, friendly and knowledgeable captain, no rush, no pressure just pure enjoyment. I recommend this to everyone travelling to Zadar even for just a day.
Were there with our dog, could book our trip spontaneously on site with dog!! Despite different languages, the skipper made everything possible thanks to googletranslator!! It was all understandable!! We liked it very much, would do it again at any time and definitely highly recommended!! Just because of the kindness!! MfG Richter
Sehr geehrter Herr Richter, Danke für Ihre netten Worte Wir freuen uns, dass Sie es genossen und eine tolle Zeit hatten Wir freuen uns, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen
My family and I took this 4 hour tour and it turned out to be a memorable one for all of us. There were 6 of us all together and the yacht was very safe and comfortable. Our captain was great and it was a thrilling ride for the kids. The beaches and snorkeling spots were awesome. Would recommend the tour to all.
This tour exceeded our expectations. From the welcome of the staff to the boat, which had a lot of space and shade, to swimming in the amazingly clear sea. The best of the tour was the visit to the old Franciscan monastery. Amazing experience for only 4 hours. We will definitely come again.
