Conozca la historia detrás de Florence's Wine Windows, pequeñas aberturas construidas para la venta de vino de la era de la peste, reabiertas en los últimos años. Bruschetta con stracciatella y una copa de vino toscano vienen junto con la historia.
En una trattoria dirigida por un dúo madre-hijo, verás gnudi (pasta desnuda) mezclado y emplatado junto a la mesa, maridado con una copa de Chianti Classico, uno de los vinos más estrictamente regulados de la Toscana, y uno de sus mejores.

Elissa was a fantastic guide to the Oltrarno! She clearly had wonderful relationships with the shops and restaurants, told fantastic stories about the products and the neighborhood, and showed us a wonderful time. Communication with Eli was very easy in terms of finding the meet up spot. I would take this tour again!

Fantastic tour of some of the more hidden gems in Florence, on the “other side of the river”. Great to experience a range of foods and wines from the region with a hugely knowledgeable host, small group and feel part of the city, not just a tourist. Catered well for non dairy eating parts of the group too, no mean feat in a world of all pasta and cheese!!!

We had our tour with Elisa, who had a fantastic knowledge of all things food and wine in Florence. The wine itself was outstanding, and we really enjoyed getting to experience a number of different local spots along the way. Despite the heat, the walking between each stop was very easy and relaxed. Elisa was a great host and made the whole experience really enjoyable.
