Nice experience where we got to see the vineyards and the wine cellar. Our hostess told the story of the place and explained about grapes and wine. It was all very fine. But when we had to eat lunch, which was advertised as being outdoors, if the weather was for it, we were put inside with no view. It was disappointing in the lovely sunny weather as it was, but even more disappointing was the amount of wine poured up. 1 whole bottle reached almost the entire company of 20 people. We tried 2 other vineyards in the city, which was clearly significantly better. Can I recommend the place? Yes, but don't expect too much wine for the money.

Lovely tour with a fab 3 course lunch. Being a gluten intolerant person I was well looked after. Food was delicious and well presented and got to try 5 very nice wines. The view of San Gimangnano were lovely as well.

We visited Tenuta Guardastelle in May on the recommendation of our son and his partner who had visited a couple of years ago. It did not disappoint. We tasted 2 white wines and 2 reds which were accompanied by excellent cured meats and bruschetta that enhanced the flavours. Our host was Gaia, who was very knowledgeable about the estate, the wines and the area. The setting is wonderful with the backdrop of beautiful San Gimignagno. The weather was a little unpredictable so we ate inside however the room was delightful - typically Tuscan. All in all a great experience that I would highly recommend. We left with a mixed case of red and white wine.

An amazing experience - from the moment we walked into the private setting for our lunch and wine tasting we all knew this would be a memorable event. The room was welcoming and the table impeccably set. We were hosted by Faust and his wife the owners of the agro tourism business. He was very knowledgeable and shared the history of the wine, the area and business they built. We were 10 people - 5 with special food requests. The meal was delicious! It was served flawlessly. Wonderful wine pairings. We all purchased items to remember the day we shared and our experience. We enjoyed the wine tour - a breathtaking view from all parts of the property. Later we discussed our favorite things about Italy - first the wonderful people, fabulous food and wine then the beauty of the country. Our day with Faust exceeded our expectations on all! Thank you so much for sharing this day with us. It was truly appreciated!!!

A true fairytale stay! From the moment we arrived, every view seemed even more spectacular than the last. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable, creating the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty surrounding us. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, making it easy to completely unwind. Each morning, we were treated to a lovely breakfast spread that was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Most of all, the hosts were genuinely warm, welcoming, and hospitable, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The cooking class was a true highlight! The best we have taken! The lunch and wine tour were perfectly curated and an incredibly enjoyable experience! Just one warning: if you book a stay here, you may never want to leave! We can’t recommend it highly enough and hope to return someday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very knowledgeable host with vast industry experience. Excellent tour of the facilities and explanation of both the wine and olive oil production. Very good lunch and generous tasting samples throughout. Highly recommended.

We just visited the winery with a group of eight. What a fantastic experience! The winery was absolutely beautiful and we had a beautiful room all to ourselves for a spectacular wine tasting and lunch. Boutique feel with great attention from Fausto, great view, great wine, and great food. You can’t ask for anything more for your Tuscan experience.

What an amazing experience! The grounds are beautiful, the wine was superb and the meal was delish. The only downside is it’s always away from the town so it’s a 2 ish mile walk one way. We were lucky to have a taxi back to town .

We had a lovely informative tour of the winery, with specific information on the area and wine verities. The lunch was perfect with local flavours of Italy matched with wines. A great afternoon and it’s the second time I’ve been on this tour.

Enjoyed the tour by the sommelier - found her to be very knowledgeable. The tour of the vineyard and olive grove was a good length. Lunch was delicious with a good selection of wines for the tasting.
