Este es el único tour de un día desde Portland que va hasta la Capital de Observación de Ballenas de Oregon Depoe Bay, además de la visita obligada a Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock, Oswald West, Short Sands Beach, Neahkahnie Viewpoint y Tillamook Creamery. Itinerario
Para la primera etapa de nuestro recorrido, pasaremos por la tranquila serenidad del bosque estatal de Tillamook en nuestro camino a Cannon Beach
Parada para tomar un café y un aperitivo ligero, seguido de un corto paseo hasta la roca Haystack.
Continúe por la autopista 101 hasta los senderos de la selva tropical del Parque Estatal Oswald West, donde (si el tiempo lo permite) daremos un corto paseo a través de los bosques antiguos hasta la playa Short Sands, una ensenada popular tanto para surfistas como para peinadores de playa.
Pasaremos por el impresionante Neahkahnie Overlook, que incluso en días nublados ofrece hermosas vistas del Pacífico, muy por encima de la costa.
Después de pasar por alto Neahkani seguiremos la histórica autopista 101 a través de algunas ciudades de playa por excelencia de Oregón, como Wheeler, Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi y Bay city mientras viajamos junto a Tillamook Bay.
Nuestra parada para almorzar es en la emblemática Tillamook Creamery, donde degustará queso hecho en Oregón, disfrutará de una comida y verá helados hechos ante sus ojos.

Tour guide James was personable and friendly. We enjoying the beautiful views during the journey. Seeing so much of the Portland coast in a day was great! From whale watching to hiking in the rain forest and ice cream!!! A little bit of everything. Long day but so worth it.

It was a wonderful tour. Brandon, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable. We loved all the different activities along the coast.
Whale watching on boat for an hour and we saw several whales. Beaches were very scenic and so was the drive. Tillamook was disappointing. It is a long day.

The trip was interesting, it was my second time to the coast and the first time to Depoe Bay. Plan to go back later in the year.

Our tour guide, Brendan, was excellent. His knowledge of the area., knowledge of geology, flora, and fauna was phenomenal. The only disappointment was that we were not able to go on the whale watch boat segment of this tour due to small craft advisory. Mother nature called and gave us very choppy waters so it was not possible to go out on the boat today.
He is such a wealth of knowledge and the best tour guide you could hope for. So glad you enjoyed your time.
