Unique experience. Whale watching (many!), beautiful tour, stop at a glacier, dolphins, sea lions, the southernmost lighthouse in the world... It really was magical.
Excellent experience, it is worth every second, thank the crew for their excellent work and enthusiasm to make each traveler enjoy the tour to the fullest
Very excellent. It changed my perspective on the whale tour for the better. Recommended 10/10
Great moments. A diversity of landscapes. An unforgettable moment. We got plenty of eyes. A lot of whales and sea lions. 4 seasons in one day was a reality, sun, rain, snow but it participates in the experience. Thank you to the whole boat team, extremely well guarded and friendly.
We saw lots of humpback whales! The boat was comfortable but it was hard to see when people crowded the bow and the upper deck. Beautiful scenery
We came to Punta Arenas specifically to do this tour. The day we arrived we went to this company in town to book on. They said the penguin tour had been cancelled for the following day due to weather but they still had the whale tour on. We payed (£560 for 2 of us) and set our alarms for 3:30am, to meet back at the ticket office at 4am. As we arrived we stood in a huge queue to only then be told the tour was cancelled today. I asked what time they had to decided to cancel and they said about 3am. We gave them our phone numbers the day before and they had sent a WhatsApp to confirm our booking, so why they couldn’t have text us at 3am when they decided to cancel I don’t know. Because we had to pay for an uber there and back at 4am, which we obviously weren’t reimbursed for. When they could have sent a text. Also they knew the penguin tour was going to be cancelled due to weather so unsure why they weren’t aware this one would be too? We then got told we could book on for the following day or get a refund, we were leaving the following day so had to get a refund, but were then told that as we had payed with debit card, it wasn’t working so we had to come back at 9am to get our refund. So we came back to the office again the next morning, to be told it still wasn’t working and we could do a bank transfer which they couldn’t process until Monday (no idea why) and could take a week or have cash, so we opted for cash as the safer option, which we definitely did not need £560 worth of cash out as we were leaving. We are both understanding that weather is unpredictable and it can’t be helped, but communication was not good and it was not handled in a professional manner.
Very good experience, team on board very friendly, cheerful, attentive to everything. Perhaps the price is high, but it is completely worth it, we could see humpback whales, sea lions, petrels and penguins. We were a few meters from Sarmiento Glacier. The food on board very well thought out. Fully recommended the experience.
Wonderful trip, excellent service from the whole crew. Seeing whales in their habitat surrounded by other species and a dream landscape is worth the lucas what you pay for the trip. I loved the experience. I was only distracted by the presence of a drone that a passenger flew, it should be off limits.
excellent product careful attention
This was an amazing experience thanks to the beautiful Magallanes surroundings and the enjoyable crew. We saw jumping wales and dolphins, and took stunning photos by the glacier. The booking was smooth, the transit was well organised and the food was good. Also, the crew did the little extra to make this trip unforgettable. I give them 10/10!
