I took the transfer, and from initial introductions I was made to feel welcome. The drive up from Vancouver has spectacular views once you’re out of town, an experience on its own. Upon arrival the check in process is fast and efficient. The school bus ride to the start point was a blast, the staff are great people. Julie, my boats captain, was great. She engaged with everyone and made the experience very welcoming. A result as a solo traveller! She had great patter and was very knowledgeable, delivering great backstories to featured landmarks. She is great controlling the boat and made the experience! Kudos to the staff, great job, great say out, worth every penny (cent in this part of the world)

What a great experience for me and my family! It was our fourth trip to the Whistler/Squamish area and this was the VERY BEST rafting experience that we've had. The guides were awesome and kept us entertained throughout the journey. We can't thank Canadian Outback Rafting enough for helping make such a lasting memory for us!!!

we had our original trip booked for saturday where the bus had mechanical issues, so we rebooked for sunday @.1pm, Our river guide was fynn who was amazing, funny and skilled at river rafting 100% from the moment we seperated to our rafts Fynn was making us laugh checking on safety fitment and ensuring we all enjoyed our experience. The entire group was funny engaging and knowlegeable, but our New Zealander treated my kids like family and fed both my son, daughter and us all while on the bus but allowed us to swim, jump off and experience glacier water and genually be kids again! Fynn Rocks for sure and the entire group of rafts were all left smiling and wanting more! Thankyou for making our sunday adventure safe and amazing!

I was on a rafting trip with Canadian Outback Rafting in Squamish. We boarded an old school bus to be driven to the drop-off spot. The guides were entertaining and cracked a lot of jokes along the way. As we approached the drop-off point, we had to climb a very steep hill with a sheer cliff drop into the river. While climbing, the guide joked that we shouldn't look left, given the drop. Moments later, the bus lost power — the driver found herself without brakes and the bus free rolling. We began rolling backwards down the hill toward what felt like certain death, until the trailer jackknifed toward the cliff edge and acted as an anchor, stopping the bus and saving us. A horrifying mistake, likely not helped by the fact that the bus dated back to 1972. The aftermath was handled just as poorly. Four hours later, we were back at base camp, having never actually rafted, and left to deal with the staff's disorganization. The owner came to assess the scene but made no effort to speak with any of us — a cowardly response to a incident that could have killed everyone on board. Our only offered compensation was a rebooking or a refund. Given what we went through, this felt completely inadequate. An absolute disgrace, and one I wouldn't wish on anyone.

What an AMAZING adventure! I would 110% recommend this company. Fletcher was our guide and he was one of bests guides I’ve ever had on an adventure trip. We had an adrenaline packed river trip, learned about the surrounding area as far as geologic history, and he was great at bringing the group together so that we all learned just enough about each other to function as one unit and enjoy the social aspect as well. Thank you Canadian Outback rafting and thank you Fletcher!

This rafting trip did not disappoint! Super fun rapids and our guide, Lucas, kept the fun going by having us do fun tricks on the raft to get soaked, but keeping its super safe at the same time! Highly recommend this company!

It was my very first time rafting, and it was great!! Our guide Finn was fantastic - very attentive and gave good directions. I would love to come back.

Sully was amazing - young personable and clearly knew what he was doing ! He gave us an excellent adventure with lots of laughs !

I knew I wanted to raft on our trip to Canada and the Squamish option fitted well in to our plans. Communication was very good beforehand and bus arrived on time at our pick up location in Whistler Creekside. About an hours journey to base camp where we got safety briefing and gear on and then another hour down to start of rafting on a bumpy road! Instructors did well keeping morale up and then we were allocated our rafts and off we went. Fun rapids with amazing scenery. Fortunately it was a very warm day so the warm air was a blessing! Our instructor was good but did have awful BO! The photographs were taken by the bus driver so weren’t great, I have done some rafting where you get a more professional outcome, but I still bought the $55 package as there were a couple of quite good ones. Rafting is a must do in my opinion. On this one the journey was quite long but the best scenery along the route.
