Itinerario

We had an excellent time. Emmanuel was very informative and very entertaining. Would highly recommend.
The tour was informative and covered many points of interest in Monaco. However, the directions to the meeting point were extremely confusing, especially for first-time visitors. The train station has multiple exits, and the instructions did not specify which exit to take. We relied on Google Maps, which brought us to the side of a busy road with no bus stop nearby. The guide’s contact number was not available, and instead we were connected to the voicemail of an emergency line. We eventually found the tour guide after about 10 minutes of running around, but it was stressful. Overall, the tour itself was useful, but I felt the guide, Pamela, could have made more effort. She gave us time to take pictures near major attractions, but she tended to disappear at the moments when help taking family photos would have been appreciated.
Our guide did a great job. I had a problem with tne meet-up point. The company listed two different meet-up points. This caused a big hassle for me. They need to fix this on Tripadvisor.
We have given this experience a 5 purely on the basis of the excellent guide who showed us around Monaco. Emmanuel was courteous, articulate, knowledgeable and very professional, making our time in Monaco truly memorable. However If we were scoring on the basis of trip organisation the score would be zero. Like so many others we found the information relating to the starting point to be totally inadequate and confusing. We arrived in Monaco an hour early but ended up being five minutes late for the trip. To give poorly thought out information was compounded by the fact that Google Maps is useless in a country were the internet is not accessible. Why can Viator not simply give the name of a specific train station exit to meet at with a photo attached to the website to help? Until this issue is addressed we would be very reluctant to recommend this trip to anyone.
Fantastic educational and fun tour of Monaco. All major sites visited and well worth it. Highly recommend.
Super fun walking tour of Monaco. Got to see all the sites in just over three hours. Learned some interesting history as well and got to experience the city getting ready for the Monte Carlo Grand Prix. Emmanuel was a great guide.
We have taken many walking tours around different cities of the world and have found them to be informative and we have really enjoyed them, however we found that this walking tour did not really meet our expectations, finding the meeting point was confusing, to say the least, the guide was very late due to some transport holdup however I do think that when you are a paid guide you should take this into consideration and leave earlier to ensure that you are at the meeting point on time, it was mentioned in the notes to look for the guide with the red t.shirt and red umbrella (which she did not have) this would also make it difficult for people to find her. I just feel that we could have done our own walking tour and would have been able to source the information ourselves from the internet.
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize that your experience with our walking tour did not meet expectations. We understand how important clear directions, punctuality, and easy guide identification are, and we’re sorry that these aspects fell short during your tour. We take full responsibility for the guide’s delay and the confusion at the meeting point. Our team is reinforcing procedures to ensure guides arrive early, and we are updating our meeting instructions to be clearer and more detailed—including ensuring guides always wear the promised red t-shirt and carry the red umbrella. Your comments will be shared directly with our staff for immediate improvements, as the quality of your experience is very important to us. We truly value your feedback, which helps us continually get better. Please contact our customer service team with your booking details so we can properly address your concerns and offer you a solution, such as a partial refund or a complimentary future tour. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll give us the chance to provide a better experience next time.
We had trouble getting to the meet up location but Emmanuel didn’t give up on us and meet us at another location. Thus we able to complete the tour which was fabulous!

An excellent 4 hour tour including a stop for lunch in the local market area. Our guide Hari was great, she was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and we would highly recommend this tour to visit the main sites, get a bit of history and some great photo opportunities.
Thanks so much for your kind words! We’re delighted Hari made your Monaco tour so enjoyable and that you got to take in the main sights, history, and some great photo spots. It’s wonderful that the local market stop added to your experience too. We’d love to welcome you back for another adventure in the future!
