It was wonderful, the crew was timely and effective. A couple of my friends got a bit sea sick and the crew was there to help with whatever they needed!
The captain and lead mate was very good and gave us a fun experience! Chance the lead mate was very engaging, hospitable, followed up on asking for more drinks and proactively volunteered to take multiple pictures of our family!
I had such a WONDERFUL TIME! This was a great birthday gift to myself! I definitely recommend if you want yummy drinks, a beautiful view and great vibes 😌😌😌
New to booking with trip advisor. Booked two excursions through them. One in Tahiti and one in Waikiki Honolulu. Every thing went greatly. Pick ups at hotels were easy. Sunset cruise tour was great. Very laidback. Nice atmosphere for all ages. Open bar was nice with deckhand/ bartender on deck. Really enjoyed.
Good crew on catamaran & choice of booze. Catamaran appeared to be well maintained (I'm no expert). Weather didn't cooperate is only complaint.
It was amazing seeing the landscape of Waikiki and diamond head with a great captain and deck hand who were incredibly nice and welcoming.
The boat was nice and the staff was friendly. However, by it being on an Island I was hoping to hear island music. Instead they played country music. Also, mentioned they were patriotic which seemed off for a relaxing Island tour. So not the Island vibe we were hoping to get, but clean equipment. Also, it was kind of crowded with many boats and tours in the same spot.
June 24 sail with family went smoothly even though it was a bit windy. Ryan G and Kyle were fantastic, making sure everybody was safe and comfortable during the 1.5hour sunset sail.
We took the sunset sail on June 24th. Checked in at their office located in the lobby level of Waikiki Reef. Staff guided us to the landing area at the beach by the Army Museum. It was a little windy but the sail was smooth. Ryan G and Kyle were excellent. Everyone was happy. We even made friends with other people on the boat. Highly recommend this activity.
We were advised to have rain proof ponchos on check in. We had them but they didn’t help. The rain flooded the seats. The sail boom was full of water so we got soaked in any direction depending on where the wind was. There was no sunset to be seen as it was pouring rain. We bobbed around aimlessly in the rain The staff were excellent. No complaints there. The company should have offered a refund or change of day. The company is clearly money driven and not customer oriented. The disclosure says they will sail no matter what. To avoid this I recommend that you book on the day after checking the weather. You pay good money for a service you don’t get
Thank you for your review. We are thrilled to hear that our staff provided excellent service under such soggy conditions—we will be sure to pass your compliments along to the crew! We are very sorry that the weather didn't cooperate for a sunset view. Because weather can be incredibly unpredictable, our policy is to sail in the rain as long as the conditions are safe. However, we completely understand how frustrating it is to get soaked instead of catching a sunset. Your feedback regarding our communication and booking flexibility is very important to us, and we will be discussing it with our team to see how we can improve the guest experience during unexpected downpours.
