Hola, soy Karin, fundadora de daslebenspueren.at. Organizo y acompaño caminatas guiadas en las cercanías de Viena. Con un máximo de 4 personas, los grupos son reducidos y privados. Me permite responder individualmente a los deseos y necesidades de los participantes. La mayoría de los recorridos son fáciles a moderados. Antes de comenzar nuestra caminata por las colinas circundantes, visitaremos la famosa ciudad medieval de Dürnstein. La ruta de senderismo se considera una de las más hermosas de toda la región de Wachau y ofrece fantásticas vistas del valle. El paisaje único tiene un toque casi mediterráneo con sus bosques de encinas. Además, visitaremos las llamativas y bien conservadas ruinas del castillo de Dürnstein antes de terminar el día en una de las tabernas locales (opcional).

- Hay opciones de transporte público disponibles en las cercanías

- La caminata es de dificultad media, debe estar en buena condición física, ser seguro y disfrutar caminando
- Debes estar libre de vértigo.
- Use zapatos con buena tracción, se recomienda encarecidamente botas de montaña.
- Por favor traiga un refrigerio y agua (mínimo 1 litro) para el día, protección contra el sol y la lluvia.
- En caso de mal tiempo (lluvia intensa), el tour podría cancelarse.
- Excursión de un día a pie: 3 hs excl. descansos tiempo de viaje: aprox. 2 horas de ida y vuelta
- Traiga algo de dinero en efectivo (no todos los restaurantes aceptan pagos con tarjeta)
- Llevar medicación personal si corresponde.

Karin is an amazing guide; kind, patient and knowledgeable. She took us on a beautiful hike in Wachau to the ruins where Richard the Lionhearted was imprisoned. So breathtaking! And then finishing with a lovely meal at a local establishment to the area. You will not be disappointed! It was truly a fun adventure!

We hiked up a winding mountain trail with fabulous viewpoints overlooking small towns along the Danube River. One stop was at the ruins of the Durnstein castle. It was a vigorous climb, but well worth the effort! Our guide did an excellent job!

The hike around the valley was spectacular and our guide was so friendly and patient. The castle was fun and they day ended with a fabulous meal in Durnstein. Great day trip outside of Vienna.

Highly recommended hike....stunning views, charming town. Well planned with time to explore and stop at tavern after. Karin is a fantastic guide and great company! Easily one of my favorite activities during my stay in Austria!
Karin is an excellent host and guide. The logistics and activity schedule was thoughtful and well-planned. Hike was the perfect length followed by the opportunity to stop for a delicious meal. Karin is very easy to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed her company along the journey. I recommend any of the itineraries that she offers!!
