Friendly staff from check in to the boat crew. Check in was easy, waivers on a tablet. We were in the air for decent amount of time and felt safe and comfortable.
It was absolutely amazing!! This was a first for me and my bestie but we’ll definitely go again. Captains Ike and Chaz were the best!

Great parasailing experience for our whole family! I took my 9 yo and 11 yo up in the air with me, while my husband and 4 yo stayed on the boat to watch. Everyone enjoyed their experience! My older kids said parasailing wasn't scary and it was actually peaceful in the air. The lift off and landing were both very smooth. They gave us the option for a dunk at the end of the ride. Since we were headed home that afternoon, we asked to only have our feet dunked because we didn't want to get wet. The captain did it perfectly and the dunk added a little extra excitement! We also saw some dolphins during the boat ride, which the crew always pointed out.
It was our first time parasailing and it was awesome. Our captains made it that much more amazing. Thank you for a great experience. Yvonne & Jaz
We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Chaz and Colby were amazing, and even pointed out some dolphins on the way back in! My kiddos can’t wait to do it again, next time we’re in Mad Beach!
Can’t say enough good things about this experience. That’s what it was. It wasn’t a thrill ride like I thought it would be. It was a beautiful peaceful experience. We met the Captain Ike when we got there and he was cool and down to earth. Any questions our nervous selves asked, he answered and reassured us we would have a good time. We later met Colby and he was just as nice and both were very accommodating. When it was time to go, no worries at all. We got strapped in, sat down, and off we went. Before we knew it, we were flying high. It was gorgeous! We saw a sting ray and turtle while we were flying. We came back down and Ike dipped our feet in the water and then we landed. I have had 3 back surgeries and never worried if it would hurt me. Smooth and no effort. Thanks again Ike and Colby for a wonderful family experience. Not to mention they give a military and first responder discount. Now quit reading and go do it. You won’t be sorry.
You have swings to sit in which are extremely uncomfortable and straps to hold onto which actually hurt in a difficult to hold onto. Only book parasailing with someone who has a wooden swing to sit on with ropes to hang onto. It makes it 20 times more enjoyable people don’t ever do the swings.

Wooden bench seats have not been used in United States Parasailing operations for many years because they pose a huge safety risk. All parasail operators in the United States follow safety standards and guidelines established by ASTM International, the Water Sports Industry Association (WSIA), and the U.S. Coast Guard, and we use equipment ( approved parasailing harnesses) that meets those requirements. While we’re sorry the experience didn’t align with your expectations, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, provide additional context regarding safety requirements in place, and hopefully create a future experience that better reflects the level of service and fun we strive to provide.
It was nice because it was small not a lot of people in boat. The ladybug the office where u fill out waiver was so awesome. I was so nervous, first time. She was really sweet and helpful. The two guys on boat were very nice but the one guy got snippy with me and told me to calm down msm when I started having anxiety when we were about to take off.
