Breve introducción de la historia de la ciudad de Évora en la historia de Portugal. Contemplación de diversos aspectos arquitectónicos y contexto histórico de edificios y monumentos.

Visita exterior a la Catedral de Évora e información sobre el contexto histórico y arquitectónico. La visita al interior de la catedral no está incluida en el tour y, si se desea visitarla, habrá que hacerlo más tarde, al final del tour.

What a great way to get oriented to Evora! Joao took me on a personalized tour of the city and pointed out tiny bits of history only a PhD student of ancient cultures would know. It was a truly memorable experience and gave me a list of places I’ll be going back to for further exploration.

The walk is enriching. I believe I could add to this tour an internal visit to Evora Cathedral. Of the rest everything very interesting.

It was a spectacular experience, I highly recommend. The guide, João, knows well the history and stories of Évora. We were taken to the Roman Empire and slowly returned to today.
