El día perfecto en São Miguel aunque esté lloviendo, es explorar la actividad volcánica en Furnas :“caldeiras”; géiseres; aguas termales. Tendrás tiempo para visitar y bañarte en el Parque Terra Nostra y en las aguas termales. La entrada no está incluida, se puede comprar en la entrada del parque el día (sujeto a disponibilidad). Si prefiere no visitar el parque puede pasar más tiempo explorando el pueblo Furnas y aprovechar para degustar y comprar productos famosos de la isla : Té, “Bolo Lêvedo”, Mazorca de Maíz al vapor, “Queijadas”, y muchos otros. O almorzando. Aunque no incluido se puede parar a comer el típico "cozido", en un restaurante local. Por favor, avísenos para reservar con antelación. Explore las laderas de la plantación de té y la fábrica en Gorreana Tea Plantation. Parada en boxes en miradores clave como Santa Iria y Pico do Ferro. Esta experiencia dura unas 5h. Tenga en cuenta que si se detiene para almorzar, es posible que necesitemos menos tiempo en otros lugares.

Visite los géiseres y las aguas termales del pueblo de Furnas, y disfrute de un tiempo libre en el pueblo donde podrá comprar productos locales : Bolo Lêvedo, Mazorca de Maíz, Tartas dulces...
Rodeado por el hermoso paisaje botánico del arroyo, encontrará un estanque de aguas termales. ¡Te desafiamos a sumergir los pies en ella!
Deténgase en el camino para disfrutar de una hermosa vista de 360 grados sobre la costa norte de la isla y las montañas.

Otras ubicaciones están sujetas a solicitud, es posible que deba reunirse con nosotros en un punto de encuentro o pagar una tarifa adicional. Por favor pregunte. Hora de recogida: 9:30 AM (si necesita una hora de recogida diferente, avísenos) Tenga en cuenta que conducimos un tipo SUV de vehículos de 5 asientos, podemos llevar hasta 4 participantes por vehículo si se adapta a su grupo.

Carlos was very good. Enjoyed the sites and the information very Much. Lived going to the pot cooking sites, would have liked to get to try the food!

WOW! This was a fabulous experience. I chose a private solo tour as I was limited on time and had very specific things I wanted to do and see. Carlos is a local and knew so much about the island and history. With weather continually changing that day, he adjusted our locations so strategically so that we had the best views when the weather cleared. Took me to a smaller fabulous restaurant to try the local dish cooked in the thermal ground heat. Gave me plenty of alone time as I requested to explore on my own. Loved the thermal activity viewing, the lunch, the views from the top of the mountain, and the professionalism of Carlos. Highly recommend this tour and company! I will be back.
Carlos was our guide, and we were in awe of his expertise and knowledge. He was very friendly, easygoing, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing. Overall he was great company and also gave us space at times to explore. He was flexible with our itinerary a bit given that the hot springs were closed (due to natural reasons) and that my crew had already (accidentally) visited Lagoa do Fogo. This was one of the better guided tours I've ever done. Thanks, Carlos!
We spent the day exploring the east end of Sao Miguel island with Rita and could not have been more pleased. Rita is highly professional and knowledgeable as well as warm and engaging, as if we were traveling with a friend. Rita shared local history, culture, and interesting anecdotes all along the way. In fact, we enjoyed our time so much that we booked a west end tour with her. Time on this tour and with Rita is time well-spent on the island.
My guide was a teacher/professor and was extremely knowledgeable about his country. He went above and beyond to make sure I saw everything possible even though the weather was terrible with rain, fog and wind.
Don’t hesitate book this tour! It’s one of the best we’ve ever had. Carlos, our guide was super knowledgeable, so obliging, polite, and spoke perfect English. He showed us one end of the island to the other. He was so generous with his knowledge and time, we were very impressed. The island is gorgeous, and he is very proud of his home. Don’t hesitate, this is one of the best tours we’ve ever taken Carlos, our guide, who was absolutely the greatest, spoke perfect English and knew every every single site to bring us He was courteous, effective, and so full of knowledge. We covered one end of the island to another, and I didn’t want it to end. So well worth the money.
Great communication and a wonderful private tour! Carlod was at the cruise dock at the time we had agreed on and we spent the day with im exploring this beautiful island. His English is perfect (he lived in the US) and he is very knowledgeable and loves the island. We were ahead of the buses from the cruise line and had a lot of time to look and explore. Yes, we would book with him again in a heart beat.
