OMG. This was one of the absolute top tours we have ever taken. Marcin was so knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. He pointed out so much detail as we drove. The Chopin tour was dear to my heart and he sensed that it was important to take the time to listen to the recital as well as taking us to the church of the Holy Cross to see where Chopin’s heart was entombed. Marcin was the most personable guide we have had and one day we would like to return to Warsaw to have him as a guide for the Wolf’s Lair and other significant WW2 sites. His command of English and knowledge of Americana details made the trip so memorable. ALWAYS ask for Marcin. He is the BEST!!!!
Excellent tour, Agata our guide is very knowledgeable and kind, she speaks very well English. We enjoyed and knew a lot of the Poland history
We had a great tour! Kuba was punctual, enthusiastic, pleasant and very knowledgeable about Chopin’s life, work and also Polish history in general. Highly recommended.
An essential visit for all Chopin lovers, and the guide, Marcin, was also very helpful in explaining many things about the area, and Poland in general. The shop contains rare books on Chopin, and some rare scores, unfortunately most books were in Polish, but I found a couple in English. The countryside was beautiful, covered in snow. The garden lovely and suggestive with its frozen river.
We did not receive the vodka toast but did not ask about it either. Our guide, Martin, was really personable and answered our many questions. The museum itself is not huge but we were able to enjoy a concert and view the countryside.
It was perfect. Marcin was quite possibly the best guide I've ever had. He is a wealth of knowledge not just about Chopin but about so much European history. His personality was ideal as well. We got along so well and it was a great day.
The Driver/Guide, Martin, was most informative about both Zelazowa wola and Brochow. He was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the tour.
Spent 1/2 day with Karol touring Chopin’s birthplace and baptismal church. Would have loved to spend some time in the church but it was locked up. If you are a classical music lover highly recommend this tour.
We were picked up at our hotel by Marcin and went on the most incredible tour to Frédéric Chopin birthplace in Zelazowa-Wola. On our way he stopped at the bakery and bought us delicious polish donuts. Marcin was informative, funny and very knowledgeable about Chopin and history. At the house we were treated to a 20 minute outdoor performance by a young pianist. After viewing the house and garden, we drove to the church where Chopin was baptized. I strongly recommend this tour, it was amazing 🇵🇱👍.
Konrad was very knowledgeable about the history and was a great tour guide. He also gave great recommendations of things to do in Warsaw. Great tour!
