Te ayudaremos a descubrir el Monte Etna. Uno de los sitios declarados Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO en Italia.No se trata de una simple excursión, sino de una experiencia que le acompañará toda la vida. Desde la historia del volcán Etna hasta la producción de los vinos Etna DOC, visitaremos los lugares destruidos por la erupción más famosa del Etna en 1669, los restos de la iglesia sepultada bajo la lava de ese año y haremos una parada en un típico pueblo del Etna donde podrá admirar las casas construidas con piedra volcánica y su hermosa plaza. Para finalizar, visitaremos una bodega con degustación de vinos del Etna, donde podrá degustar una selección de vinos acompañados de un almuerzo con productos típicos.

Visite la cara sur del Etna con sus cráteres extintos y los diversos flujos de lava que se han sucedido a lo largo de los años, los hermosos bosques de castaños, todo en tranquilidad.
Camina por uno de los cráteres más grandes del Etna, Monte Vetore, con visita a la estatua de bronce de Tifeo
Degustación de licores producidos en el Etna.
Degustación de vinos Etna doc con almuerzo y visita a la bodega gambino.

Took day trip from Taormina to Etna stopping in some villages and Gambino vineyard. Alessandro our driver was great. He was able to guide us to interesting places to see, explain the local history and was good company.

In 2019, I fell in love with Sicily. At the end of a wonderful stay near Syracuse, I was treated to a tasting on my birthday on the vineyard of Gambino, on the flanks of Mount Etna. We were warmly and hospitably welcomed with wine and snacks and were allowed to enjoy all the delicacies they made themselves there. Especially the wines, the Tifeo, both the white and the red, are among the best things Sicily has to offer. Every year I therefore like to order a box of wines from hostess Andrea, which are sent without problems and for a reasonable price. As soon as we open a bottle we imagine ourselves on the slopes of Mount Etna again and I long for the beautiful Sicily! Grazia Gambino!!
