Hay que tener en cuenta que las aperturas y cierres de los distintos yacimientos de Pompeya se modifican a menudo de un día para otro, en función de los trabajos de restauración y mantenimiento, o en función del personal de vigilancia disponible. Por esta razón, nuestro itinerario está siempre sujeto a cambios. Lo que proponemos a continuación es sólo un esbozo de itinerario: el Quadriporticus, los Teatros, las calles principales, una de las Domus más bellas, las Termas, el Foro con los edificios públicos, los yesos, la Basílica, la Porta Marina. En cualquier caso, siempre vivirá una experiencia extraordinaria: una auténtica inmersión en el pasado, en una ciudad de 2000 años de antigüedad perfectamente conservada.

Daniella did a great job showing us the sights of Pompeii. She contacted us before we arrived to make sure we would find her and was a wealth of information. Pompeii would have been much different without a guide. It was definitely worth it!
It was our pleasure to have Daniela as our guide during our tour of Pompeii. She coordinated well prior to our tour and offered helpful instructions, was pleasant and engaging with our two young kids, and offered a wealth of fascinating historical information about Pompeii and Roman life in general. The tour fee was well worth it and although the length of the tour was right at the limit of what our 8 year old could handle I could have explored the city for hours (and days) more. A joyful experience all around!
This was a total win! Daniella was deeply knowledgeable and so patient even when we had a train problem between Naples and Pompeii. She did an exceptional job immersing us in the historical experience of Pompeii, showing us the important things, but also taking us away from the crowds to see some incredible houses, art, and stores that we wouldn’t have thought to go see otherwise. I can’t recommend the 3 hour tour enough, it is truly worth it! Definitely best for people who are interested in history and find historical excavation fascinating. Also important that you feel fit enough to stand and walk for 3+ hours. While I’m sure we could have asked to stop and sit down and would have been happily accommodated, there was so much to see that we didn’t want to. Bring a water bottle as there are natural fountains throughout the park to refill it. A quick note that you do need to buy your entrance tickets for the site separately and before arrival. Daniella was incredible. We did the 3 hour experience and were able to see so much of the city. Daniella led us through all of the must-see areas but also made an effort to take us away from the crowds and show us things that were harder to find or know exist. She was a fountain of information and helped paint a great picture of what we know about Pompeii. She was patience when our train got delayed and still made sure we went on our full tour. I can’t recommend this private experience enough - it was perfect for those who want the most immersive in a day trip from Rome!
Daniela was our guide for Pompeii and connected with me via WhatsApp a few days prior to our tour. We met at restaurant suisse near the Pompeii entrance and she did a fabulous job explaining all the details of Pompeii in 2 hours for our group of 12. She was very patient in making sure everyone (kids and grandparents) kept up with the group and took pics for us as well. Easy to understand and a pleasure to learn from! If you bought tickets but don’t have a guide, I highly recommend getting one otherwise you don’t know what you’re looking at. There were so many people who didn’t have a guide who listened in ours when possible.
Angela was an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable of Pompeii and knew the best places to explore. My wife and I had a great time with her as our guide. She also took spectacular pictures for us!

Our private tour of Pompeii was amazing!! Vincenzo was the best tour guide we’ve encountered while on our trip to Italy. First off, he greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile. He proceeded to tell us about the history of Pompeii in an engaging and interactive way. Our three teenage daughters learned so much and loved every minute of the tour! If you get the chance, hopefully you get Vincenzo as your tour guide, he is amazing - and so knowledgeable!
Our guide Vincenzo was a wonder of knowledge and took us to many interesting places in Pompei. He was a perfect guide with a good plan for our visit. He was very polite and described the life of Pompei in a very enthusiastic way. We are so thankful for the two hours of excellent guiding and we can highly recommend Vincenzo!!
