I had an amazing experience with Private London Tours. It was my first time visiting both London and Paris, and with only five days to explore, we wanted to make the most of every moment. From the planning stage with Gio—who gave us excellent advice on what to see and where to go—to the actual tours led by Joanna and Laurent, the entire experience was elevated, seamless, and highly professional. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout, but what made the experience even more special was their warmth and personality. Spending time with them felt less like being on a tour and more like being shown around by people we’d known for years. I would absolutely use Private London Tours again and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the destinations where they operate.

10/10 - Communication from Gio was very quick even with the time difference from the US. Super easy to book and adjust our tour needs. We were a family of 5 with kids ages 8, 8, 10. Our guide was Catherine and she did such an amazing job entertaining the kids while still keeping everything educational. We even did a little impromptu skit where we all acted out different members of parliament helping the kids learn in such a fun way. Would absolutely recommend Private London Tours with Gio and Catherine again.

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Gio, who oversaw our trip, was super responsive, helpful, and smart in what he organized and suggested. We started with Grace in London and when we were done with her it was hard to believe our next guide, Laurent (for the Louvre) would ever meet the bar Grace set. Well Laurent's knowledge and maneuvering of the museum was beyond expectation. This left poor Sophie, the last of our guides, for our tour of Paris, to match the knowledge and warmth of Grace and Laurent. Once again, Sophie too proved to be exceptional. We toured Notre Dame, indulged in champagne on the Eiffel Tour, and she even gave a side tour of Emily in Paris! In other words, if you are looking for a private, intimate and customized tour - look no further than Private London Tours!

We can’t recommend Gio and his team highly enough — they delivered an unforgettable private tour experience. Our guide, Joanna, was fantastic: incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to our interests, and an absolute joy to spend the day with. Our driver, Shorof, was wonderful as well — friendly, professional, and always right on time. The entire experience was seamless. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the day they planned for us. Gio and his team are exceptionally organized; we simply shared what we wanted to see, and they made it all happen effortlessly. Truly a 10/10 experience. My family and I enjoy taking tours of places we visit to learn about the city and culture. We had a wonderful time on a private tour of London with our tour guide, Janice. Janice and our driver were professional, friendly and on time. Janice was very knowledgeable and informative. The tour was as advertised, and we were all extremely satisfied. So glad we booked this tour! We had such a great time! I am a 75-year old grandma with some mobility issues so a bit concerned about getting about the city safely and keeping up with the kids! But NOT a problem! Our guide, Grace, took us to many of the sites on our list and included other sites, too. She also took us to her fav “rest stop” for a coffee break! Grace was absolutely delightful! Our driver, Shorof, was great, too! He would let us off then pick us up at a designated area, all the while Grace accompanied us. With all the tourists around, curbside service was so convenient. My walker would be ready for me when I exited the car at many sites. We visited many wonderful sites, but the highlight for me was getting to walkabout and shop at Notting Hill! I am so glad my daughter suggested a private tour! We saved so much traveling time, got around safely, had a great guide and chauffeur! I felt like a queen! Great time had by all! I would not hesitate to book again with Private London Tours! Also, Gio was so helpful and a pleasure to work with while coordinating this tour!

Aaron was our guide and from the pickup in the morning until the drop-off at night, we had the nicest and most professional guide available. This guy is so passionate about London and it's history, that it transformed a site seeing tour into a completely immersed educational experience. Everything went perfectly to plan and it was one of the best tours of my life. We can't wait to come back for another!

The was the perfect tour. Our guide was Aaron. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He knew the answer to every question. His passion for London, science, and Britian is incredible. The tour was flawless. Sharif(I am sure I am spelling his name wrong) was our driver. He was exactly in the right spot every time. He had everything ready to go. Even an umbrella when it looked like it would rain. I would trust him to drive my grandma to the hospital, incredible driver. Both were an excellent team. I have done maybe 50 tours and would put these guys at the top.
