I booked a one-day tour to Petra and Wadi Rum, and it was an unforgettable experience! What made the tour even more special was the jeep safari and dinner in Wadi Rum. The tour was perfect—neither rushed nor too slow I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jordan. It’s a fantastic way to two of the best sites in Jordan in one day
Terrible overall experience. Our driver, Waleed, arrived late to pick us up from the hotel, which threw the entire schedule off and made the tour rushed and stressful. When we tried calling their office for help, no one answered. After being picked up 40 minutes late, we had a 3-hour drive to Petra. Once there, we had to buy our own tickets since they weren’t included in the tour price. We joined the guide, who seemed in a hurry to finish as quickly as possible. He rushed us every time we tried to stop for pictures. I understand that we left Amman late because of the driver, but we still wanted to enjoy the little time we had and capture some memories. When we were done with the guide, we headed back to the visitor center and messaged Waleed to pick us up. By then, we were starving and had to stop for lunch, which ate into our time for Wadi Rum. Once we got there, we had to pay for the Jeep tour and admission separately. Because of all the delays, we barely had an hour-long tour, and the sun set halfway through. Waleed didn’t seem bothered by the situation, even though his delay was the main cause of our stressful day. His only comment was, “It’s a long drive, and the day is short in winter.” While I get that, the lack of organization and time management on their part was unacceptable. To top it off, not a single apology was offered. In hindsight, trusting their feedback number was a mistake. I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews beforehand, which I now see were full of generic, meaningless comments. Be cautious and read reviews carefully before booking.

from airport to petra we had a great time with mosa, he was high educated and have a very good knowledge about the sites, then when we head to wadi rum he stop at 2 amazing point of view and showed a great panoramic views for petra and jordan valley, mosa was great on timing for each site, and we didn't miss anything at all even with the limited time we had
