My sister and I had a great time with Apple. The tour was on our last day in Shanghai but since it was a private tour, we were able to see and go to places we hadn’t seen before and skip the places we had already been. Apple was very knowledgeable about all the sites so we learned quite a bit, and she had great recommendations about sites, restaurants, and other things we could do beyond the tour. The car was very clean and the air conditioning was put on high which was nice since it was very hot that day. Some of our other tours, the air conditioning wasn’t as high so it was not as comfortable. The driver was very kind, always getting out of the car and opening the door for us. Honestly, that was extra and not necessary in my opinion but very appreciated. Finally, the little gifts at the end were a lovely touch. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to others.

Our guide was Peggy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Her English was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a lot about Shanghai in a short time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Peggy and driver. Peggy was very informative and helpful, her command of English is excellent. Our time was well spent and balanced with lunch break. The car was very comfortable and clean. The driver did well with traffic in certain places and was punctual. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone considering tour of Shanghai.

We had a wonderful private tour experience with Jenny's Shanghai Tours, especially our very knowledgeable tour guide, Grace. She took care of us and very patient and considerate attending to our needs as we move from one tourist spot to another. We are both 70+ years old.

We had a wonderful family time with the tour! Nora was fantastic—very knowledgeable, super friendly with my son, and explained everything so well. The driver also did a great job, and everything went smoothly without any issues. The only suggestion I’d make is to include a visit inside the LV shop instead of just taking photos outside and it would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time, and I really appreciate your help with organizing the tour. Thank you!

I do not have enough words to tell you how wonderful of a tour my friend and I had of Shanghai. Our flight arrived very early (around 4am) but the driver was there to meet us. He took us to meet our FABULOUS tour guide Grace who gave us a great walking tour of Shanghai as the city was waking up. We also went for breakfast and Grace helped with all the ordering. The months before the tour I was able to tell Jenny what we wanted to see/do. We got to get a tour of Shanghai, a dumpling lunch, tour of garden, and even time for shopping. Though it was technically a half day tour, I feel like we saw so much of the city in7 hours. At the end of our tour, we said goodbye to Grace and the driver took us to our hotel. The car was clean, water was available. I thought we would be tired due to jetlag but we were awake, well fed, and had a great day! I would without hesitation recommend Jenny and her team! If I ever had questions, Jenny was prompt with responding.The price was more than fair for a private tour, with meals and driver! Thank you for a great day! :-)
