I do not recommend buying a package from this agent called tour expert sub agent at viator because it is very disappointing and does not keep its promises like being scammed. You see a cheap price including a hotel and private tour guide then you pay for it and the itinerary received is not according to the promise, you as a layman believe it, you do not see on the the other hand the ticket is different from reality and you didn't realize it until the last minute. I just trust them before, so the day for the tour is different from the reality and started the bad situation. I argue with the seller and the seller changes people all the time when you contact them in the last minute, I already in another country Jordan they threaten to cancel it, can you imagine that what the awful situation is, and they do not explain from the beginning. We booked one month ahead after I pay, they're silent no contact from them or anything nothing, it's weird. I sent the many messages through Viator inbox none of them was replied I feel suspicious before that. But forgetting about that feeling. When the time's up , the truth pop up to the surface, the nightmare begins. I have to buy my own hotel and be my own guide. Everything is 1000% changed and it turns out it's just the transportation, advertising selling as a package tour 2 days/1 night turns out is none of that is correct. Is that not called fraud. if I knew from the beginning I'll change it right away, if it was just transportation. In fact transportation alone is much cheaper, and you can choose a daily tour in that country. way cheaper and better. the Tour Expert sell the tour 2 day 1 night, is that in your mind of course called a package tour right? And what you get is not a package tour. Be careful buying from The Expert tour, they're bunch a scammers running the business Tour, better you ask far in advance and searching the details about the tour. They don't answer your message on the Viator website, they just want answer you in the private messages like a Whatsapp until the day you are in another country. Please ask package 1st before you buy it. if they do not answer it is better to cancel right away, so that you are not disappointed and angry with the situation, like my experienced. it is a lesson for me in the future to be more careful. I have never experienced buying a tour at viator like that before, I have been using viator for a long time, and this is the first time it has happened in my life with the bad supplier agent name is : Tour Expert the agent sell the product at the Viator. Better fussy then say sorry later.
We are sorry to inform you that if you can't read, then it's not our problem, you choose the option (Transfer only), not hotel no guide included, for this tour we have so many option's and each of them is clear, and to show you that you try to scam us, you said that you booked 2 star option, and we don't have in any of our tours 2 star option, and anyone read our tours will understand what we provide, also we offer to cancel and refund the tour but you didn't accept because you know it's you mistake, or mostly your scam to get a free night didn't work
the tour was so great and we wanted to stay more but unfraternally didn't have tame because we was traveling back to home, but that's give us a reason to come back again all the thanks for Creative team, they was so great and for sure they deserve more than 5 star
during our trip to jordan, we had extra 2 days so we booked this trip because it was a dream for us to visit Jerusalem, and creative make the dream become true the service they provided is extremally high, we enjoy so much and first time from long time no one from the family complain about anything
