La Pagoda Thien Mu, también conocida como la Pagoda de la Dama Celestial, es un templo budista histórico e icónico ubicado a orillas del río Perfume en Hue. Fundada en 1601, es famosa por su torre octogonal de siete pisos, su atmósfera serena y su hermoso entorno junto al río. La pagoda no es sólo un sitio espiritual, sino también un símbolo del rico patrimonio cultural de Hue, que atrae tanto a peregrinos como a turistas.
La Tumba de Minh Mang es el majestuoso mausoleo del emperador Minh Mang, el segundo gobernante de la dinastía Nguyen. Ubicada en una zona tranquila rodeada de exuberantes jardines, lagos y arquitectura tradicional, la tumba refleja una perfecta armonía entre naturaleza y diseño. Conocida por su disposición simétrica y sus intrincados detalles, la Tumba de Minh Mang es un sitio histórico de visita obligada que muestra la grandeza del pasado imperial de Vietnam.

The guide was knowledgeable enough and the tour of Hue is really interesting! It was a lot and covered many places of interest, with comfortable rides in the car in between. The only thing I would recommend to the guide is better hygiene when working with Westerners as it’s a real turn off when you can’t get close to the guide.

Hoa helped us spend an extraordinary day in Hue. For seven hours, he showed us the city's main attractions, including a couple of tombs he selected himself, the pagoda, and the citadel. He always gave us precise and clear explanations about what we were seeing, making it entertaining and enjoyable.
