Nos encontraremos a la entrada del museo, para saltarnos las colas de espera y entrar todos juntos al museo. Empezaremos por repasar el Imperio sueco y la guerra en la que Gustavo Adolfo encargó el barco, ¿cuál era el propósito del barco? ¿Quién fue el enemigo durante estos años? Algo pasó durante la construcción y el barco se hundió, ¿qué pasó? ¿Y de quién fue la culpa? Muchos años después fue encontrado y rescatado, pero esto no fue tarea fácil. Vamos a repasar el proyecto de ingeniería juntos y le mostraremos los mapas utilizados en el siglo XIX para encontrar la ubicación del barco, y cómo se encontró en la década de 1950. Una vez rescatado, se abrió una cápsula del tiempo del siglo XVII y se revelaron muchos secretos de cómo era la vida en ese entonces. Este tour es la opción perfecta para aquellos que quieren obtener un conocimiento profundo sobre todo lo que sucedió, dentro y fuera del barco. Ven lleno de preguntas, porque queremos responder a todas ellas!

Sebastian gave a really great tour of the museum. He had lots of context and color to add to the exhibits, and he delivered it in an animated and enjoyable way. He also was happy to answer questions and always had a well-informed answer. Our group was delightfully small (3 people), and the tour took about two hours. Viewing the ship and artifacts with him really added to the experience of the museum. It was then fun to compare notes with the Sweden timeline exhibit in the historical museum, which we visited afterwards. Tack/thank you!

Our tour guide Bea was outstanding. She made the tour fly ! It didn’t seem 2 hours . She’s very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, knows the history very well and was willing to take all the questions we had. Would recommend to go into this tour and learn from the history of the Vassa Ship.
The Vasa Museum tour was excellent. It is a Must See if you are in Stockholm! Our guide, Gaia, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and made our time there so interesting. We experienced a slight delay due to some driver issues, and she kept in touch with us to help us find the tour meeting place. Highly recommend this tour.
