Do the roof top, amazing architecture, there is a elevator up and stairs down are easy, you end in the church which is beautiful
Despite the rain, this tour was great!! Knowledgeable guide with excellent English. We even still made it on the roof of the Duomo by changing the order of the tour (inside then outside instead of vice versa) which was much appreciated-thank goodness the guide was flexible bc I would have refused to go up to the roof with how heavy the downpour was!
Excellent tour! Highly recommend!
Definitely worth seeing the rooftop. Fabrizio was great in explaining everything. Incredible architecture and the views were excellent too.
This is not a reliable company! We paid our tickets online . We could not find the location fir the tour guide and lost out tickets . I called the company and they were not helpful.. do not trust this site
Dear guest, thanks for sharing your feedback. You haven't called us, you only texted after more than 20 minutes of the starting hour of the tour; since we want to deliver the best customer care service we contacted you when we received your messages. In the voucher there is written: the exact meeting point and hour to meet the guide, the number to call in case of you needed assistance. You asked the ticket office and the library where to go when you could have simply called to ask where to find the guide. It's also written that latecomers are not accepted and that is fundamental to arrive punctually at the meeting point, you arrived late and we're not responsible for that. If you have to catch a flight at 4pm you can't arrive after 30 minutes and pretend to get in; this situation is exactly the same. If you arrived late you won't be able to participate. Kind regards, Hidden Experiences Team
Great tour! Tour guide made us feel comfortable, not too rushed but kept a nice pace. She was super knowledgeable about the. Duomo and surrounding areas. It was so nice of her to point out all of the intricate details and history! So much to learn!
Meeting point is NOT in front of duomo at entrance. It is a ways away and you walk up to it. The address takes you to the duomo but they actually meet at a bookstore nearby.
Dear jn56z49prg, Why did you go in front of the Cathedral? On your voucher there is CLEARLY written the meeting point, which is MONDADORI DUOMO (a book store, pretty huge). Mondadori is not the Cathedral. The tour guide waited for you at Mondadori Duomo bookstore as per confirmation voucher. This info is written also on Viator Product page. Best regards
We had a great tour of the Duomo, our guide Simon was very experienced. He knew the best order to see the Duomo given we went in June (so it was hot). The meeting place was easy to find as well as our guide. He kept the tour interesting and provided information that kept our kids (8yr, 14yr & 16 yrs) interested. He answered all our questions as well. I would recommend a tour with Simon to friends!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I have done this tour in the past and learned a variety of new things I did not know before. My biggest advice is to add that the meeting location is at the bookstore. Not in front of the church.
The private duomo tour with Fabio was a very big highlight of our time in Milan. Totally private and fast entry points everywhere made the massive crowds and almost 100 degree heat manageable. Fabio was amazing, both knowledgeable and charming. We could have listened to him all day. He was also so considerate and helpful. The Duomo is a must see in Milan and this tour is the way to go!
