St. Peter's Basilica sightseeing at the end made alone!!! Disaster; no guide on site!! Also phone and SMS not answered, no response!!
If you ever come to Rome I highly recommend this Tour. Mario is a well informed and fantastic Guide and the Tour is Most interesting and enyoable. You will See places of Rome you Never heard of and Mario will give you a lesson in ancient history. The Tour is worth every penny.
I’ve seen pictures of St. Peter’s before, but nothing compares to actually being there 😍. Our guide explained things in such a cool way that I didn’t feel lost in history. Perfect experience for anyone visiting Rome!
I’ve seen many churches, but nothing compares to St. Peter’s. The guide made it even better. He told stories that made you feel connected, not just informed. Being in a small group meant we could ask questions and really take our time. This wasn’t just a tour, it felt like a spiritual moment. 🙏
The guide brought so much life into the tour, and hearing about Michelangelo’s work while standing under his dome was surreal. The size, the silence, the art, it stays with you. Definitely do this in a small group if you want to feel the place, not just see it.
Excellent Guide, very knowledgeable. He was patient and lovely. He had time to excellently answer all our questions. He did an amazing job.
We visited on a Wed at 11.30am. I would not recommend any visit before 13 00 on a Wed as this is Papel audience day. As a result, we had to "battle" through an enormous crowd in 35°C temp. We then had to endure a 45 min wait in the heat as the tour group was not allowed priority entry. Once inside, it was so packed that it was elbow to elbow to move around. As a Catholic, I woukd have loved the opportunity to pray in this divine location but was ushered out by security. A very disappointing visit in a Jubilee year.
Our guide made the tour really fun and interesting! Learning about the Renaissance design and Michelangelo’s life was great. The small group size allowed us to ask questions and feel connected to the place.
Such a wonderful tour! The guide gave us lots of cool details about the Basilica’s history and art. Walking through the huge bronze doors into the Nave and seeing all the amazing art was incredible.
This tour was so special! Our guide explained so much about the Basilica and its design. I loved seeing Bernini's Baldachin and Michelangelo's Pieta up close. The small group made it feel more personal.
