You are going to see more areas on this tour than you could possibly do in a day-without the walking. We passed up so many walking tours that looked at us like “ where did you find that tour?” Our host was amazing! I brought my 3 teenage grandchildren and they had a blast! We rated it a 15 out of 10.

Great historical sites and landmarks; very considerate and friendly tour guide. We tour in a top-of-the-line golf cart with seat belts.

Our tour guide made the most out the two hours we had, we were able to stop at a needed store as well. We had also stopped at a few historical places, he also added on extra information that might not have been told if we had a different tour guide. Our group would certainly have had an better experience if the weather was cooler.

We didn’t have the experience as described on the site. We don’t get off cart, no pictures, no ability to even see out the good cart plastic.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The plastic cover is there to protect you from the wind and cold weather. We have stops and take pictures. Due to cold weather, you did not want to stop and take pictures which is not related to the tour experience. The plastic cover is 100% clear and makes it visible while cutting the wind in cold nyc nights.
There was a lot of information from the tour guide. We stayed here for Christmas and it was very cold. The blankets were cuddly warm.

Tour operator was a no show. Tour was for 5:30. He texted me for a n 8:00 later time. Contacted you guys for a refund.
The tour was canceled due to extreme wind and cold weather which makes it unsafe to give a tour. We appreciate your understanding. You will be full refunded.
