I booked the visit to St. Peter's Basilica through Booking also paying the climb to the dome by elevator more than a month before the scheduled date. I was already in Rome with my children visiting other monuments, when the day before the visit Dooing Experience wrote to me via wa to ask if it was possible to move the visit to the next day. Since the next day I had the train home I answered that for me it was not possible to move. Then they wrote to me that they would grant me a visit to the Basilica but not to the dome, because in case I wanted to do that too they would sell me the tickets on site because the tickets were sold out online. I replied that in my reservation I had already booked and paid for the dome, but they wrote that that reservation did not apply and they would not allow us to climb to the dome. Fortunately, by contacting Booking I was able to cancel everything and get a refund. Thanks Booking, while regarding Dooing Experience: never again a shot like this....
