Alessandro was amazing. He was on time at our pickup spot He was very knowledgeable and insightful. He had an excellent plan set out for us making our tour effortless and immensely enjoyable. The length of the visit was appropriate at both Tivoli Gardens and Hadrian's Villa. He was a great driver, keeping calm and steady through all the crazy drivers inside and outside Rome. He made this excursion one of the best that we have ever taken in all our travels. I cannot recommend Alessandro enough! Thanks Alessandro very a wonderful and memorable day!
Thank you very, very much dear! Tivoli is really one of my favorite excursions, beautiful countryside! Grazie...my warmest regards!
Alessandro picked us up right on time and was personable from the start. He listened to what we wanted to see and do and made sure our experience was what we wanted. Grazie mille.
Hello Lila, you wrote correctly! Tivoli- A Must See! Thank you very much!!! My warmest regards!!!
What an amazing time! Our guide, Alessandro, was highly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and made this day an amazing one! We will 100% book future excursions with Rome-Limousines.
Alex (as we called him) is simply the BEST. We spent one full day touring Rome's highlights with him in 2016. This time we did two full days that included the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, Colosseum, Tivoli, Hadrian’s Villa, and Villa D’Este. Alex also drove us from Rome to the second part of our trip in Positano. All I can say is; the value far surpasses cost. We know many people that have used Alex in the past and the result is always the same. Phenomenal. Having Alex guide you is like stepping back in time, and his knowledge of history and details is unmatched. If you want to feel truly cared for, have a tailored experience, and be treated like family book him now… before we do again.
We had a great day with Alessandro on our first day in Rome. We landed from the US @ 6:30 am and didn’t want to waste our first day. Alessandro is a lifelong resident of Rome & was a knowledgeable and fun tour guide. He provided all transportation in a clean van & also walked us through both sites, providing interesting commentary and general Roman history for context. He also picked a great little lunch spot in Tivoli and helped us navigate the menu to accommodate for allergies. Overall we had a wonderful first day in Rome and are very appreciative of Alessandro’s expertise and kindness. The gardens at Villa D’Este are remarkable and totally worth a visit, even though there are so many other things to see in Rome. We were blown away. Highest recommendation!
Alessandro was a very personable and informative guide. We had a wonderful tour even though by tour’s end we had walked over 5 miles. Would highly recommend.
Hello Mark, yes, nice with 5 miles walk among outstanding remains of Hadrian's Villa and spectacular water games of Villa D'Este. Grazie mille!!!
Our tour guide, Serena Paolini, of Blue Cat Tours, was already waiting for us when we arrived. She is a wealth of information, pleasantly and methodically explaining the wall and ceiling paintings in every room. Then, for the main course, the water fountains of tivoli gardens italy. There were waterfalls, an organ fountain and picturesque views of the countryside below. The 100 fountains are just as impressive now as it was over 40 years, and it the evening when the lights enhanced its beauty. Serena is not sure they do that anymore.
Alexandro, our driver and guide, made the entire experience so informative with details and anecdotes. He was also personable and had a fabulous lunch amid the ruins recommendation.
Ciao Linda, thank you! You were so nice so beautiful, it was very easy and interesting for me to tell you information about Tivoli! Grazie again for booking! Best wishes
We had a wonderful, interesting day with Alessandro. He was a great driver and knowledgeable tour guide. He made sure we did not miss anything significant and shared interesting stories about the area. The trip is a great way to get a taste of rural Italian countryside - ancient trees, olive groves, country roads, small towns. Villa Adriana is fascinating and Alessandro brought it to life with pictures and descriptions. Villa di’Este is s beautiful example of a large country house, and of course, amazing gardens. Allessandro also steered to a great restaurant for lunch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of both Hadrian’s Villa and Villa d’Este. Alessandro’s historical knowledge, friendliness and patience with aur large group made for a wonderful day in Tivoli!
Grazie mille Susan, keep my contact for next time, it will be a great pleasure to meet you again! Thank you
