Our tour today was fantastic! Darius was right on time, very personable and a great tour guide. His van was clean and comfortable and he’s an excellent driver. I highly recommend booking a tour with him. He’s very knowledgeable yet humble enough to admit when he doesn’t have an answer to a question. We went to Stonehenge, Lacock for a tour of the town and lunch and to Bath to see the Roman baths. It was a fully packed 10 hour day and we enjoyed every minute! Thank you Darius!!!

HIGHLY recommend the sunset Stonhenge tour and tour guide Sebastiano (Seb)! Seb was our private tour guide and he was excellent! So knowledgeable and shared the information in an interesting way for us two adults and our 8-year-old. The sunset Stonehenge tour is the way to go! It was magical. We could go inside the circle, and there were only about 40 people total. We were able to choose from many different locations for touring before the sunset Stonehenge tour. We picked Salisbury and Seb knew so much about it. Seb was on time for pick-up at our AirBnB, and he was very accommodating when I warned him I tend to get carsick. (He was a smooth driver and I did not get carsick once!) Booking this excursion with George was also very easy and seamless. Overall a wonderful experience.

Darius gave us an incredible day exploring Oxford and Stonehenge, with unique stops we never would have found on our own. His knowledge, friendly personality, and attention to detail made the experience truly special. If you’re looking for an unforgettable, off-the-beaten-path tour, we highly recommend Darius!

We did a full-day private tour and were picked up right on time at our hotel in Kensington. We visited Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, and Windsor Castle, and had an absolutely wonderful day. Our driver arranged a fantastic lunch at a traditional English pub that also offered gluten-free options for my daughter, which we really appreciated. We had many opportunities to stop for photos throughout the tour, and our driver shared interesting history and background information about each place we visited. We had a great Day and will definitely book again when we return to London.

I had done original booking with David and setting up was super easy! Christopher was our guide and he was great! A very nice man and not only knowledgeable but clearly passionate about what he does. He took us to Woodhenge, Stonehenge and Salisbury after lunch. We were a family of 6 including two young girls (5 &6) and he was great with them the entire day and when they got bored and cranky Christopher took them to a local park to let them have some fun and get some energy out. If I ever do more tours it will be London Country Tours and Christopher for sure. Thanks to David as well for the stress free setup!

Dariusz , our driver was a Joy . His knowledge of London , Stonehenge and a small county village Pub that he arranged our lunch is evidence of Professionalism and graciousness . I would have to say that he made our first ever visit to the UK Exceptional. My wife & I agree he is truly one of the few Renaissance Men in the hospitality business.

Had a wonderful tour. The car was very clean and the driver was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. All in all very highly recommend.

Stonehenge was the last place to see on my mom’s bucket list. Christopher went above and beyond to make it so special for us. He was prompt, friendly, helpful, patient and informative. He stopped by at Wood Henge before going to Stonehenge. That was bonus for us! We booked a private driver, but he took it upon himself to be our private tour guide as well - DOUBLE BONUS! We had 1 day in London and not enough time to see everything, but Christopher spent a couple of hours beyond our expired time and did his best to drive us past what he could. We would not have had such a memorable and meaningful experience at Stonehenge (and London) if it wasn’t for Christopher. Thank you so much, Christopher!

We had the sincere pleasure of sharing our day with Mr. Christopher Peck from London Country Tours during a motor trip for a private inner circle sunset tour of Stonehenge on Sunday, June 15th, 2025. Hampton Court Palace (home to Henry VIII and William & Mary) was our first stop. It was a delight to see this historic place. The palace, the gardens, and the history are amazing. And for most of us tourists, there is never enough time to see it all. Before our appointed time at Stonehenge, we asked for a recommendation for a good place to enjoy a meal, Christopher smiled and took us straight away to a wonderful restaurant in Woodford Downs called The Wheatsheaf, fabulous and quite worthy, especially since it was Father’s Day. This restaurant is located about 15 minutes from the Stonehenge entry. Although we anticipated enjoying Stonehenge, it was truly amazing and magical to be inside the stones and see the sunset. Just fabulous! However, with Christopher’s thorough knowledge of the site and its history, our understanding of this precious bit of British heritage was greatly enhanced! After our visit concluded, Christopher then drove us to a spot a few miles away called Woodhenge! It is a timber monument with six oval rings of posts. It is also quite magical and built presumably around the same time as Stonehenge. It was an extra treat! Throughout it all Christopher’s quiet humor and engaging personality made us comfortable and made us feel we had a new friend “across the pond”! Suffice to say we will not only request this fine gentleman and excellent, safe driver when we return but will definitely recommend London Country Tours to our friends and family should they venture to London and its environs and any time!
