We were a small group which was really nice as it kept it much more personable. Our guide, Fifi, was brilliant at explaining the connection between Gaudi’s design of the park and how it linked with various aspects of the Sagrada Família. She kept a decent pace for the age range our group had and was always mindful of our comfort under what was an extremely hot day. Thank you Fifi and well done !
Our guide, Diana, did a fantastic job of showing us the beautiful Park Güell. Even though the park was very crowded, she kept our group together and moving us at a moderate speed through all of the various points of interest. She was very knowledgeable and gave us very detailed information throughout the tour. She also had the comfort of the group in mind as we moved from one section of the park to the next. It was a very hot and sunny day so she always stopped the group in a location that was in the shade. She also made sure that we were always hydrated as we moved along the paths that contained many steps and inclines. Diana made the whole experience very enjoyable and informative. Interesting tour, the guide was great. The tour was excellently structured. His stories were all interesting and felt very natural.
Park Guell is definitely worth a visit for everyone taking a trip to Barcelona. Our guide Javier was very entertaining, extremely knowledgeable and enhanced the whole experience. Wonderful tour and fantastic park. Allow a couple of hours to walk around. The walk there is all uphill so definitely use some form of transport to get there. Little restaurant 2mins beside the park called Terre Mia and the food is lovely, particularly good patatas bravado.

Terrible experience with Tours For Today, visiting Park Güell with a guide. We arrived about 10 minutes late, notifying them that it was a holiday and there was a lot of traffic, but upon arrival, we found no one and received an email stating that the tour had left and we could not participate. I then asked to enter without a guide, but that was not allowed. Contacted the call center, which showed no flexibility in handling the unexpected, and we lost everything. I do not recommend using this tour operator. Of course, there was no refund.

We are truly sorry that you were unable to join your tour of Park Güell, and we completely understand how frustrating it is to encounter unexpected traffic, especially on a public holiday. Please allow us to explain the situation. Park Güell operates with very strict, timed-entry regulations. Our guides must enter the monument at the exact scheduled time with the entire group. Once the guide and the group have passed the entry checkpoints, it is unfortunately impossible for latecomers to join them inside. Additionally, because you booked a guided tour, your tickets are group tickets tied directly to the guide's reservation. This is why the staff at the monument cannot allow you to use them for a self-guided, independent entry after the group has already gone in. Because of these strict rules imposed by the park authorities, we strongly advise all our guests to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time. While we appreciate that you contacted us to warn us about the delay, our hands are unfortunately tied once the time slot has passed. As a result, late arrivals are considered no-shows, which is why our customer service team was unable to process a refund or offer alternative entry. We genuinely regret that you missed the visit and that this situation impacted your holiday in Barcelona. We appreciate your understanding of the strict regulations we must adhere to. Communication with the service provider was quick and straightforward. The tour guide Oriol was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to take photos of us. Park Güell is spectacular.
