Visita guiada al Jardín Botánico y al Parque Lage

We had a small group, our guide Roger was funny, knowledgeable and friendly. We got to see many different sites and the walk in the botanical gardens was beautiful. My favorite part of the tour was the history and visiting the waterfall.

Van was kind of warm and uncomfortable. Not much to having the guides. The guide was pleasant but in a rush. It wasn’t worth the expense at all. It would have been better to just take an uber to these places.

Renata, our guide is knowledgeable and lovely. She is well informed about all of the historical and cultural backgrounds of the Park Lage and the gardens. The photos she took of us are amazing. We love this trip and it shows in every picture. We highly recommend Renata and this trip.

Yes, it was a beautiful trip and experience that we will never forget. Beautiful place and spectacular view.. very good indeed Arraial de Cabo... beautiful island and impressive landscape. It was great and of course Aquario was also super fun and pure natural and beautiful, well-prepared place!

It was great, the guide very attentive. Maybe as a suggestion, if you have the possibility to be with the tickets in advance, so as not to stay long in the queue.

I took my niece (PNE) couple of friends with 2 children 9 and 10 years old, they loved. Super quiet the rain did not bother at all was very good.

First we got the wrong time and we were waiting an hour to pick up. When Guia arrived, I wasn't sure if it was me because the name was wrong she called the operator to confirm. We entered the transport as we were the last only left 2 separate seats. I bought the tour because it was in English and my boyfriend does not speak Portuguese, we asked twice before closing if the tour was guided in English and we were informed that yes. The tour began and only spoken in Portuguese and Spanish. From inside the van I sent a message to the operator asking that she must have contacted the guide from there she said that if she was driving the car in 3 languages that would be very tired and that would pass the information in English when we made the stop. For all the points we passed before arriving I had to stay translating from the back seat. When we stopped the guide told a bit of the story as the other passengers sailed and went to the bathroom and then I was informed that she had no information that there was someone who spoke English. We arrived in Petrópolis and I was frustrated because often she called me in the microphone so I could talk to my boyfriend what she was talking to the others. The attention for those who speak English is very bad, if I did not speak Portuguese I would leave without notion of anything. Casa de Santos Dumont had video option with English subtitles but was selected Spanish pq most spoke Spanish, and had no option to pass the video again, we were only informed to read what was on the panel. The experience was very different from those who spoke Portuguese and Spanish and we paid the same price. It makes no sense I buy a tour in English to enjoy the trip and have to be translating, if that were the case I would drive there. It seemed to me that the operation is a little disorganized, here is the proof that we never did this tour to the AQUA river and this was the link that we sent to evaluate!
