Visita a la bodega y cata de vinos en Siena con comida por la tarde. Inmerso en la atmósfera mágica de la Toscana rural, a tiro de piedra del casco antiguo de la Siena medieval, la experiencia es un viaje a la historia, la cultura, la tradición y la ciencia que dan vida a cada botella de nuestro vino orgánico. Durante el recorrido por la bodega analizaremos juntos las características del agroecosistema del viñedo y las técnicas utilizadas para preservar y regenerar los recursos rurales. En nuestra antigua bodega, te llevaremos a través del fascinante mundo de la elaboración del vino y los secretos detrás de la elaboración de un vino de calidad. El recorrido finalizará en nuestra sala de cata, donde captarás todos los matices organolépticos de nuestros vinos jóvenes y añejos. Cada copa irá acompañada de los mejores productos toscanos de temporada, para deleitar tu paladar y nutrir tu alma.

Itinerario
Paseando por el viñedo, utilizando palabras sencillas y claras, analizaremos técnicas agronómicas en relación con el ciclo biológico de la vid y técnicas para la conservación y regeneración de los recursos rurales.
En la bodega, discutiremos los principios fundamentales de la elaboración de vinos de calidad, en todas las etapas cruciales del proceso uva-vino: despalillado-estrujado, fermentación alcohólica, maceración, fermentación maloláctica, trasiego, maduración y crianza.
En la sala de catas degustaremos 5 de nuestros finos vinos orgánicos. Estimularemos los sentidos para captar cada sutil nota olfativa-gustativa de nuestros productos. Una sinfonía de emociones que sólo los grandes vinos pueden dar. Para deleitar tu paladar y nutrir tu alma, cada copa de vino estará acompañada de un producto de temporada y nuestro valioso Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra Ecológico.

Excellent, my daughter and i would highly recommend La Lastra! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! We met with both Lorenzo & John Luigi and they are a great team! The facility/grounds were gorgeous. The lovely family served our delicious homemade pasta lunch with homegrown vegetables from their garden followed by a homemade dessert! We also appreciated that their vineyard and vegetable garden are all organic! And last but not least, their wine is delicious! And this experience is only a 45 minute walk from Sienas city centre! Great experience with a funny down to earth guide who shared the best and not so great aspects of wine and olive oil growing and harvesting. The wine tasting was very enjoyable and the food was very good. I would highly recommend this wine tasting to anyone interested in learning more about Italian wines.

Our guide and sommelier, Gianluigi, was very informative and passionate about the winery, their product and sustainable practices. We visited the vineyard, learning about their organic processes. We then visited the cellar, learning about the aging process. He shared a number of the challenges wineries are facing today as well as ways they are constantly adapting to meet those challenges. We learned quite a lot in a short time while enjoying a number of their wines paired with delicious local flavors. Excellent tour!

Absolutely perfect afternoon! Lorenzo was so knowledgeable, warm & friendly. We learned so much about the vineyard life and winemaking in general. The vineyard is beautiful, the tasting was exceptional, the food was an unexpected delight and the company was engaging. We made new friends, tried 5 wines and then dessert with a dessert wine. One of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wine experience! Say hi to Lorenzo!
Our guide was amazing (GianMarco I believe) and really knew the ins and outs of wine making. They also have an olive grove which was a lovely surprise. Amazing experience and I would highly recommend! Support this winery :)
