Jerry was very knowledgeable. His infectious enthusiasm was great. We feel like we got “the gist” of central Kigali, and the tour served as a great orientation walk. More than that, though, we came away with lots of historical and cultural context of life in Rwanda.

What was written as a three hour tour was worth 10 in knowledge and education. Walking around Kigali among the locals, learning local customs and history was very rewarding. We recently joined the city walking tour. We started at 09.30 and our guide Jerry was there waiting for us at the arranged spot. We set off on a 3 hour exploration that covered the Camp Kigali Belgian Memorial, a women's co-operative, an interesting neighbourhood where a lot of Muslims live, some street art and a spot with a lot of restaurants for lunch at the end. Jerry was an informative and engaging guide. I liked the tour.
Thank you, John. We are glad you enjoyed the Kigali City Walking Tour and that Jerry made the experience informative and engaging. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in Kigali.
This city tour was fantastic! Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to chat with. If you’re interested in a more comprehensive experience, including the genocide museum, I’d suggest their driving tour. There’s so much to see, but you can only explore so much on foot in a few hours! It’s definitely worth it if you’re short on time and want a quick overview of Kigali.
Thank you, Nicole. We are happy you enjoyed the Kigali City Walking Tour and found Jerry knowledgeable and engaging. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a longer tour next time.
